The next morning Fatima got up and got all the kids ready, Dom agreed to take Zyheir, Zylen, and Zyion to school! He also agreed to watch Zuri while they were in court! Zac was getting dressed and Fatima made sure Zay was ready as well! She cooked breakfast so each of her children could eat while she fed Zuri! Dom knocked on the door and Fatima told him to come in!
Dom, "Wassup Family!"
Fatima, "Hey Bro!"
Dom, "Wassup! Let me grab her!"
Fatima, "You would've thought that she was yours and Ko's!"
Dom, "You know we love all the kids!"
Fatima, "That you do! They've eaten and they're ready to go! We will pick up Zuri once we leave court!"
Dom, "That's fine! Alright boys let's go!"
Ziggy, "Mommy Zay not going?"
Fatima, "No baby Zay will be with mommy and daddy today but we will see you when you get home okay!"
Ziggy, "Mommy no! Zay walks me to my class! Who is going to walk with me?"
Zay, "Jordan will walk with you today okay! He will be waiting for you in the lunch room!"
Ziggy, "Are you sure?"
Zay, "Yes!"
Ziggy, "Okay!"
Fatima smiled, "Alright babies! I love you! Have a great day at school!"
"WE WILL MOMMY!"
Ko walked into the house as Dom was leaving with the kids, "Where's Zac?"
Fatima, "He's coming!"
Zac came downstairs looking good and Fatima smiled, "Are you ready?"
Zac, "Yes I am!" He looked over at Zay, "Are you ready?"
Zay, "Yes Da I am!"
Ko, "Before we leave! I need to read the DNA results! They will be presented in court and hopefully add credibility to the case! Are you ready?"
Fatima, "Yes I've been waiting on these results!"
Ko, "Alright, We did two forms of testing one is Paternity and the other is for relation to Zac! Zay is 99.9 % related to Zac but he is not the father! It's a probability that Zay is his brother!"
Zac was thinking hard, He remembered seeing his mom a while back and she looked to be pregnant but when he asked about it she slapped him, so he left it alone! He also remembered Fatima telling him that Zay was a product of the system, which means he was probably taken a birth!
Ko had taken all this into consideration and she had his birth records, adoption records, and juvie history! It turns out Zac was right! He was his brother his mom had him, and when he was born he had drugs in his system so they took him from her!
Ko, "We have everything we need to fight to keep Zaden a part of this family!"
Fatima, "Ko I have faith in you, it's the system I don't trust! I can't have them failing him again! He deserves to be right here, even if I have to come out of retirement and fight for him I will!"
Zac, "Baby, everything will be fine! Zay will be coming home to be with us for good!"
They gathered everything and headed to the court house!
