Fatima and Kolani walked into the courtroom with confidence! They didn't even look at Hayden or even acknowledge his presence!
Andi was sitting in the back of the courtroom with Robin praying that Fatima and Kolani found all the information they needed to vindicate their husbands!
All rise for the honorable, "Gary Hershel Borders Esq."
Fatima and Kolani looked at one another, "HERSHEL?" They were trying so hard to control their laughter!
Gary, "This is a RICO case, all information will be presented in an honorable and respectful way! When I am talking you are not! When the counselors are talking you are not! One wrong move can hold you in contempt! Now how do the defendants plead?"
Fatima and Kolani, "NOT GUILTY!"
Gary, "Mr. James, can you present your evidence to the court?"
Hayden walked up and played the video with a smirk on his face, "The defendants seem to be moving a large sum of drugs through their construction business and the video is Exhibit A!"
Hayden went to sit down and Fatima walked up, "Seem is a little far-fetched Mr. James are you saying this video is circumstantial?"
Hayden, "Uh-Uh no I'm just saying, the crates are not the size of normal crates!"
Fatima, "You're right Mr. James! That's because they're filled with Lumber!"
Hayden, "I object your honor!"
Kolani, "That's a bitch move!"
Gary looked at Fatima, "Without validity you will be held in contempt!"
Now Fatima knew that this was against the law but she also knew that she was testing Gary and Hayden's intelligence which they didn't like!
Fatima pulled up the picture she had screenshotted of the crate, "Both defendants own and operate a construction business! If I'm not mistaken they use lumber, and lumber is heavy! They would've needed all men to help them carry these crates, and the forklift used in the video!"
Hayden, "Your honor!"
Gary pinched the bridge of his nose, "I'll allow it!"
Fatima smiled, "I submit exhibit B, the photo of the crates in question!"
Gary looked at Hayden, "Would you like to present your witness NOW?"
Hayden, "Uh well your honor, it appears he's in the wind!"
Gary's eyes were turning red, "The wind?"
Hayden, "Yes we can't find him!"
Gary looked at Fatima, "Mrs. Taylor, Do you have any more evidence or a witness to present to us?"
Fatima smiled, "Of course, I would like to submit these receipts as evidence of you and Mr. James bribing the witness, photos of you tampering with evidence pertaining to this case, and your long rap sheet which includes, sexual harassment, stalking, and indecent exposure!"
It was like Gary was stuck! The DA stood up and came forward to look over the information! Gary banged his gavel, "It appears that this case is dismissed due to lack of evidence! Mr. Taylor and Mr. Wilson are free to go!"
The DA had Gary and Hayden arrested and Fatima and Ko exited the courtroom with their men on their arms!
When they made it outside, they embraced the men they missed so much!
Zac, "Y'all know y'all dope asf right!"
