They broke the hug when realization hit both of their minds. Ayat instantly took a step back in shyness while he smiled. She hurriedly started wiping her dried tears. “You go rest; I’ll be there in a minute,” he said, but she didn’t even look at him as she made her way toward the bedroom. He chuckled at her shy behavior.

Once in the bedroom, she closed the door behind her and leaned her back against it, placing her hand on her chest to feel her heart beating rapidly. These emotions were so new to her; she wasn't hating them but loving them. A shy smile formed on her lips as she remembered their hug, and she averted her gaze in embarrassment.

He entered the kitchen and searched for ingredients to make porridge for her. However, since he had come in a hurry, he hadn’t ordered much groceries. His plan was to leave as soon as Sabeeha’s health improved, but Allah's plans were different. A satisfied smile formed on his lips as he stepped out of the kitchen and took out his mobile to order some groceries that could be delivered quickly. He then went back into the bedroom and found her placing a prayer mat down with a trembling body.

“Wait!” he said, gaining her attention. he went to the cupboard to retrieve his own prayer mat, confusion rising within her. He placed his mat on the floor beside hers, but slightly ahead. “Wait for me!” he said with a small smile and entered the bathroom. She simply looked down at the ground where both of their prayer mats were laid out; his was a little ahead. She smiled at his gesture, tears welling in her eyes. The dream of praying with her husband was coming true. She blinked away the moisture and smiled as he emerged wearing his prayer cap.

He approached their prayer mats and started adjusting his to face the proper direction. “Why aren’t you going to the masjid?” she asked, genuinely curious. When her voice caught his attention, he looked at her confused expression. “Because my wife’s health isn’t fine... so I won’t leave her alone!” he replied normally. He then stood up properly, ready to begin the prayer. Saying “Allahu Akbar,” he initiated the prayer while her heart skipped a beat at his words. She admired his profile affectionately before breaking her thoughts, standing up properly, and also starting her prayer, saying “Allahu Akbar!”

They prayed together and finished with a dua. He got up with his prayer mat while she continued to make her dua. He didn’t want to disturb her, so he kept the mat in place and went out as the time for the groceries arrived. He was heading toward the door when it rang. Upon opening it, he found the delivery boy handing him the groceries. “Thanks for ordering from our store; please rate it on the app!” the boy said in a professional manner. Ayaan nodded as he closed the door and walked toward the kitchen. “Okay, Ayaan... let’s get ready to serve your official wife. It’s time to show her your cooking skills that you learned just for her!” he emphasized ‘wife’ with determination and excitement, beginning his mission to impress her with his cooking skills

Meanwhile, she sat on the bed, following her husband's advice to rest. Although the headache was persistent, she looked around and found some tablets placed on the bedside table

The doctor must have given these she thought, reaching out to take them. Just then, he entered, saying, “Don’t even think about touching them without having a proper meal!” His strict tone startled her. She turned to find him entering with a bowl of porridge, which he placed on the bedside table. She straightened her posture in confusion as he sat on the edge of the bed, stirring the bowl with the spoon to let it cool a little.

“The doctor said not to let you take those medicines without a proper meal,” he remarked, looking at her. “As You seem quite an expert at skipping meals, don’t you?” She gulped at his accusing gaze, wondering if he was scolding her. She blinked her eyes, innocently looking back and forth between his accusatory gaze and her own uncertainty
