"Isn't Lan er gongzi," Jiang Cheng gave Lan Zhan a smirk, the Lan disciple gave Jiang Cheng a bow since he is a sect leader after all. 'Jin Ling have no respect for Lan Zhan. What have Jiang Cheng done to Jin Ling?' Wei Ying thought to himself as he look at the back of Lan Zhan back.

"Hanguang Jun, you have the reputation of showing up where the Chaos is at. Why are you appearing in a rural forest like this? Or are you here to take credit from us? If not then that mean you are looking for someone?" Jiang Cheng is trying to get to Lan Zhan where he hurt the most.

'Looking for someone? Lan Zhan...don't tell me? I want to leave, I don't want to be here listen to what Jiang Cheng is saying to Lan Zhan,' no matter how hard Wei Ying try to remove his hand from Lan Zhan grip, he can't get his hand free.

"I heard that you went to a lot of place for the past 16 year."

'Lan Zhan?' One of the Lan disciple speak up for Lan Zhan since he doesn't want to talk to someone who took away the person who is his soulmate.

"What do I mean? I am sure that your Lan er gongzi know what I am talking about."

'These past 16 year, were you looking for me? Do you believe that I am still alive even when you won't find me?' Wei Ying look at Lan Zhan back.

Another Lan disciple telling Jin Ling that he is cheating by putting all of his net all around dafan mountain and is hard for everyone to proceed because they are in fear of the jin net. He even said to Jin Ling that he is breaking the rule of night hunt.

Jin Ling walk over to where his Jiu Jiu and Lan Zhan is at while saying, "They got caught in my net is because they didn't watch where they are going. What can I do about it? They can wait until I can my prey."

Lan Zhan glanced at Jin Ling, 'This child have a bad mouth and no respect at all. If Jiang Wanyin won't discipline him then I will,' he put his clan silence spell on Jin Ling lips.

Jin Ling felt his lips is being seal together, he look over at his Jiu Jiu as he pointed to his mouth. "Lan Wangji! What do you think your doing to Jin Ling?! He is not one of your disciple so you can't discipline him! Relieve it now!" Shouted a very angry Jiang Wanyin.

The same disciple gave Jiang Wanyin the answer to Lan Zhan spell, he tell Jiang Wanyin that the Lan clan silence spell won't hurt other people and that the spell will lift it spell within incense time. He also give a warning that Jin Ling shouldn't force to break the silence spell.

As for Jiang Wanyin, he want the spell to lift off right now. They were interrupted by one of Jiang Wanyin man. He come to tell Jiang Wanyin that all of the net that he has set out for Jin Ling has been cut down by a blue light.

Both Jin Ling and Jiang Wanyin look at Lan Zhan, the ring in his hand begin to come out like a static purple light. Wei Ying take his other hand to grab onto Lan Zhan, since he know what Jiang Wanyin will do next.

Lan Zhan just glanced at Jiang Wanyin hand, 'Do it. I am not scare of you Jiang Wanyin. Your the one that cause Wei Ying death. I will never forgive you.'

Jiang Wanyin end up didn't do anything to Lan Zhan. He looked at his nephew saying that he should accept Lan Zhan punishment since he dare to discipline a junior from other clan.

He even tell Jin Ling that if he didn't catch any monster then he can't come back home, Jin Ling gave bow to Jiang Wanyin and Lan Zhan, he went to pick up his scabbard and left from there.

When Jin Ling is gone, that same Lan disciple speak up once more, "Sect leader Jiang, we will pay for the damage." Jiang Wanyin said that there is no need to pay him back, he end up turning around and left from there.

Lan Zhan didn't turn around to look at his disciple all he said to them is, "go on with your business. Do you best. Don't force yourself."

They all gave a bow while saying, "Yes Hanguang Jun," then they turn their attention to Wei Ying, "Mo gongzi, we will see you later," with that they left from there. When Wei Ying is about to follow them he forgot that Lan Zhan is still holding onto his hand.

"Lan Wangji!" This make Lan Zhan remember the time when they reunite again, he call Wei Ying by his courtesy name and Wei Ying did the same. Lan Zhan turn around to look at Wei Ying, "let me go! You can't possibly let them go by themselves are you?!"

"The junior will be fine, they need to do this by themselves. They need to learn how to deal with dangerous situations alone without any help."

Wei Ying pull his hand away from Lan Zhan grip, "I don't like this one bit. Jin Ling and the junior cultivation is not even there yet. The Lan Junior almost got kill by the Mo family. Your clan didn't even teach them anything at all. Lan Wangji, I won't let them go on a night hunt by themselves."

As Wei Ying turn around to walk in the direction that the Lan junior has gone, he stop walking while asking, "Are you coming or not?" When Lan Zhan didn't say anything, Wei ying left from there.

This make Lan Zhan remember many thing back then, one: the argument between them, he didn't go after Wei Ying when he left, two: in the forest during the Phoenix hunt, he didn't go after Wei Ying as well, three: when Wei Ying went to Jinlintai to ask Jin Zixun about the other Wen remnant, he got all of his answer he left from there, he didn't go after Wei Ying, and four: when Wei Ying and Lan Zhan meet at the bottom of the mountain, Wei Ying also left and Lan Zhan didn't go after him.

'I regret it all. I regret not going after Wei Ying. I don't care about the rule of my clan, I can't follow them anymore. Wei Ying is right about one thing, Shufu didn't teach the junior about night hunting at all.' With that last thought Lan Zhan decide to go after Wei Ying.
