Chapter 39

"Lan er gongzi, is there anything you want us to help you with?" Asked Wen Ning. "Yes, there is, follow me," the three of them follow behind Lan Zhan as he take them to go see Lan Xichen and Lan Qiren.

Wen Ning, Sizhui and Jingyi didn't want to give Lan Xichen nor Lan Qiren a bow, they couldn't believe that the two of them didn't trying to find the truth about what happen at Guanyin temple before accusing Wei Ying of something he didn't do.

Both Lan Xichen and Lan Qiren can feel hate and anger toward them, "Sizhui, Jingyi, Wen Ning is alright, Xiong Zhang and Shufu was under Jin Guangyao manipulation too. Forgive them okay?" Lan Zhan gently gave Sizhui and Jingyi a pat on their shoulder.

Then he look at a very angry Wen Ning, "Wen Ning?" Wen Ning breath in the out. Lan Zhan can tell that the three of them are not ready to forgive his brother and uncle that easily.

"Since Sizhui and Jingyi is here, can you two help me with giving this letter to Jiang Wanyin? Tell him to read it. Tell him to get rid of the letter once he has finish reading the letter," Lan Xichen handed the letter to Sizhui.

He walk over to Wen Ning, "Wen gongzi, can you help me with getting this letter to Nie Huaisang? Tell Huaisang to do the same thing," Wen Ning take the letter from Lan Xichen hand.

"Make sure no one see you," wen Ning, Sizhui and Jingyi nodded their head. Like before they didn't give a bow to the two of them, they left from there without saying anything else,

Baixue Temple

"Wei Qianbei," Zizhen walk into the main room with Xiao Xingchen and Song Lan right behind him. "Zizhen, you need something?" Asked Wei Ying. Zizhen look around the place, then back to Wei Ying, "where is Wen Qianbei, Sizhui and Jingyi, I try to go find them but they aren't here?" Zizhen asked.

"The three of them went on a mission for Lan Xichen?" This got Zizhen, Song Lan and Xiao Xingchen to looked at each other then back to Wei Ying, "Qianbei, what kind of mission?" Zizhen asked.

"A mission to let Jiang Wanyin, Jin Ling and Nie Huaisang that they are been manipulated by Jin Guangyao. Do you want to join them?" Zizhen shake his head no, "Xiao Shifu is training me right now. He said that I am not using  my fighting skill the right way. Even Song Shifu agree to what Xiao Shifu said too."

"Shifu? Shishu, Song Xiong, you two are taken in disciple now?" Wei Ying have on a grin.

"Zichen said that we should start having disciple to join his temple. Young cultivators like Zizhen should know more then one skill beside his clan fighting sill even thought it is not strong enough to fight off fierce corpse or Yao." Xiao Xingchen.

"Mn. I agree. You're not taken in orphanage are you? Shishu?" This got Xiao Xingchen and Song Lan to look at each other, "Zichen?" He asked.

"Xingchen, we can do what your grandmaster do, take in orphanages, give them a home and help them to become a cultivator. We can teach them what a cultivator do and how to help other people. They can learn from you," Wei Ying have in a mischievous smile.

"A-Ying, don't even think about it. I know your mother too well and you're the same," Wei Ying put both of hand up, "okay okay, I am defeated by my own Shishu." Zizhen let out a giggle, "I feel like seeing a father and son having a pretending argument."

"Zizhen, why don't you help Shishu and Song Xiong ti train your shidi or Shimei once you get the hang of their swordmanship?" Zizhen eye went wide, "of course. I will train hard this way I can help out Song Shifu and Xiao Shifu."

"Very faithful head disciple, don't you two think so?" Zizhen grinned at what Wei Ying just said.

Yunmeng town

Sizhui and Jingyi arrived at the Jiang clan, the two heard Jin Ling voice from inside the main room. They hear how Jin Ling hate Wei Ying for the cause of his parents death and how he order Wen Ning to kill his father Jin Zixuan and it was his fault that his mother enter into the battle field against him.

Sizhui felt anger just by hearing what Jin Ling just said. Jingyi went in front of his friends, "Sizhui, don't listen to what Jin Ling said. He under Jin Guangyao manipulation remember. Come we need to get this done for Zewu Jun, then we can leave to head back to....Cloud Recesse."

Sizhui breath in the out, "alright let's get this done," the two walk into the Jiang clan, Jin Ling and Jiang Cheng see two people entering without waiting for anyone to walk them in.

The two see, "Sizhui? Jingyi? What are you two doing here?" Asked Jin Ling. Sizhui threw the letter to Jin Ling, he catch it in his hand. Jin Ling look down at the letter, "Jiu Jiu, is from Zewu Jun," he went to hand it over to Jiang Cheng.

Jingyi went to close the door, lock it and put up a silent spell all around the room. When Jiang Cheng open the letter to read it, he used his spiritual energy to crumbled the letter into tiny pieces.

He got up, walk down to Jin Ling, take off his outer clothes and ripped the front and the back open up. He se talisman inside of Jin Ling clothes. He did the same with his own clothes, he couldn't believe what he is seeing.

"That Jin Guangyao!" Jin Ling is confuse at why his Jiu Jiu is angry at Jin Guangyao, "Jiu Jiu, what did the letter said?" Asked Jin Ling.

"Zewu Jun said to check our clothes for talisman. We are been manipulated by Jin Guangyao through the talisman inside of our robes. Everything that has happen to us, and the way we treated Wei Wuxian, it was all Jin Guangyao doing."

"Then that mean we....we...we were wrong about Wei Wuxian?" Jiang Cheng nodded his head.

Jiang Cheng turn his attention to Sizhui and Jingyi, "where is he?" The two Lan Junior know who Jiang Cheng is talking about. "Sorry, we can't tell you. We are heading back to the Lan clan." With that Jingyi take off everything around the room, and the two of them left from there.

Wen Ning arrived at the Nie clan, he is waiting for permission from Nie Huaisang before he can enter into the clan. About a minute or so later Nie Huaisang walk out from inside of the Nie clan.

Instead of giving Nie Huaisang the letter, Wen Ning threw it over to him. Nie Huaisang catch it in his hand. "Read it, and then burn it." After saying that Wen Ning left from there to head back to the Lan clan.

Sizhui and Jingyi arrived back at the Lan clan, Jin Ling and Jiang Cheng is behind them. "Hanguang Jun," sizhui and Jingyi walk to stand next to Lan Zhan, "are you two alright?" He asked the two Lan Junior.

"Mn," was all Sizhui said.

"Zewu Jun, is this true?" Come Jiang Cheng who walk into the room while asking Lan Xichen about the talisman inside of their robe. "Unfortunately it is true, sect leader Jiang," Jiang Cheng look around the room, he see all of the Lan disciple robes, Lan Xichen robe and Lan Qiren robe all have talismans inside of their clothes.

"We also got more new robes from Jin Guangyao as well, did he put them all inside all of the robes that he sent to each sect?" Lan Xichen nodded his head at what Jiang Cheng just ask him.

"What should we do now?" Jiang Cheng asked while taken a seat on the other side of the room. Jin Ling went to stand behind his Jiu Jiu.

"We need to find a way to get Jin Guangyao, not only him, but Su Minshan as well. What is it that he is hiding? Why is he doing this to Wei gongzi?" Everyone in the room is thinking about what Lan Xichen just said.
