Chapter 15: Label

Matthias' POV

"Matty! Nandito lang pala kayo! I was looking everywhere for you."

The little moment that me and Aya shared was cut off when Chie barged into the garden.

"Why are you here? Bumalik ka doon. We're still talking." I said, annoyed.

"You can still talk inside." she put her arms around my neck making me bend a little, since she's smaller than me.

She dragged me away from Aya. "Balik na tayo don, Aya." Chie shouted.

I looked back and saw Aya following. I unhooked her arms around me and went back to Aya.

"Aya, let's stay we should talk." I said.

She smiled.

"Let's try, Matt. Huwag ka ng kabahan. I want to make this work." Aya said.

I felt butterflies again. I smiled widely, not knowing how to react, I gestured asking for a hug.

"Can I get a hug?" I asked, a little bit hesitant on that one.

She nooded and I went near her.

I just don't know why but I can't control myself when I'm around her. It is different, but perfect.
She changes my perspective and I'm willing to do everything for her.

I don't believe in love but, maybe she is love.

The calm feeling.

We decided to go back to the mansion where I saw my friends drinking.

"I'm gonna talk to Saige muna, ha? I'll be back." Aya said.

I nodded and she walked towards Saige.

I sighed in relief. I felt very nervous about what I would say. I was planning for a little while.

"Did you tell her?" Cole asked as she approached me.

"Well..." I sipped my drink and gave her a little smile.

"What did you say? What did she say? Kayo na?" she asked, clearly very curious.

"Isa isa lang. Well, we will try. I'm gonna do my best." I smiled remembering our little moment earlier.

"How about the job that Lolo needs you to do? The inheritance? Your dad? How can you manage?"

"We'll cross that bridge when we get there. I just want to be happy. Gusto kong sumaya kasama si Aya. I want to feel that with her."

I looked at Aya from afar. She looked gorgeous, as always.

From the moment, I saw her, I never thought my feelings would grow like this.

Alaiah's POV

I walked towards Saige. Still shocked and happy with the sudden confession that Matt did. It was romantic. Not like how I imagined it.

Hinila ko si Saige palayo kay Chris.

"Let me borrow her for a sec." I said to Chris and showed her a big smile.

"I have to tell you something." I blurted out as we sat in the corner of the room.

I roamed my eyes and saw Matt talking to Cole.

"Ano? Dalawa kana sa paningin ko kaya dalian mo." Saige said then uminom naman siya from the bottle that she was carrying.

"Matt confessed."

Nabigla naman ako when she spilled the drink she was drinking and looked at me with her eyes in shock.

"Ano? Like legit na? Sinabi na niya? Hindi naduwag? Malakas din pala manok ko." she said and giggled. "What did you say? Did you turn her down? Huwag mo sabihing wala, Alaiah! Kilala kita, alam ko."
