cocaine is the devils drug
but heroin is god's,
the devil gives you what he offers,
god twists your faith to his favor.
the devil will have you dancing and scratching for more,
your voice a banshee scream that rattles the night,
that sweet, white powder
control.
god watches you bleed,
observes your cries,
makes you know this is it,
this is all you know or want,
physically & mentally
god will have you on your knees,
forever begging
for the pain to cover,
and he will laugh
as he hands you a spoon.
