The campfire crackled, casting flickering shadows on the surrounding trees.  The warmth of the fire contrasted sharply with the chill in the air, and the aroma of cooking hot dogs mingled with the scent of the forest.  Everyone was gathered around, exchanging stories and catching up after the intense training.  Papyrus, now integrated into the group, was being introduced to each of the students and their quirks.  As the evening progressed, the camaraderie around the campfire deepened.  Papyrus told the group about himself.  Frisk walked over, sitting in my lap.  My face turned blue as she turned to Papyrus.

Frisk: So, what have you been up to, Papyrus?

Papyrus: Oh, you know, just the usual.  I went back home, tried to help dad... but he was already deep in with the League of Villains.  I couldn't just stand by and let him continue down that path.

Frisk's eyes widened.

Frisk: I had no idea he was that involved.

Papyrus nodded solemnly.

Papyrus: Yeah.  I thought I could help him turn things around, but... it became clear that he's too far gone.  That's why I came back.  I thought maybe I could make a difference here.

As Papyrus spoke, Aizawa approached the group.  He had been listening from a distance, his expression unreadable.  He cleared his throat to get everyone's attention.

Aizawa: I've spoken with the principal and the staff.  They're aware of the situation and will be on high alert.  Papyrus will be staying with us for the duration of the camp.

The students murmured amongst themselves, exchanging glances.

Mina: So, does this mean we have extra protection now?

Aizawa: It means we need to stay vigilant.  The League of Villains is not to be underestimated.  I expect everyone to maintain focus and continue with their training.

Bakugou, who had been unusually quiet, scowled as he stared at Papyrus.

Bakugou: And what about this guy?  What's he gonna do?

Papyrus grinned at Bakugou.

Papyrus: I may not have a flashy quirk like some of you, but I'm good at gathering information and analyzing situations.  I'll be doing my part to help.

Bakugou huffed but didn't argue further.  He turned away, clearly not interested in discussing it further.

As the night wore on, the students began to disperse to their tents.  Papyrus and I took a walk around the camp, the night air crisp and refreshing.

Papyrus: So, what's been going on with you?  I've heard bits and pieces, but I'd like to hear it straight from you.

YN: It's been a whirlwind.  We've been training hard, and there's always something new coming up.  Honestly, it feels like we're always on the edge of something big.

Papyrus: Yeah, I can imagine.  You and Frisk have been doing well though, right?

YN: We're managing.  It's not always easy, but we've been getting stronger.  The training has been intense, but I think we're making progress.

Papyrus: That's good to hear.  Just remember, no matter what happens, I'm here to stay now.

YN: Thanks, bro. That means a lot.

As we walked, I noticed a shadow move quickly in the corner of my eye.  My instincts kicked in, and I stopped abruptly, my eyes scanning the surrounding darkness.

YN: Did you see that?

Papyrus looked around, his expression shifting to one of concern.

Papyrus: I didn't catch anything.

I clenched my fists, ready for anything.

YN: We should head back to the campsite.  I don't want to take any chances.  But first...

I concentrated, and Epic appeared beside me with a loud pop.

Epic: Papyrus!  Bruh!

He threw his arms around him, as Papyrus looked confused.

Papyrus: Uh...

YN: Papyrus, meet Epic.  Apparently I can summon alternate versions of me, he's one of them.  Epic, I'm pretty sure I saw someone that way.  If it's just one of them, beat him up and drag him back to the camp.  If there are multiple people, come back to me and let me know.

Epic: You got it bruh.  Papyrus, good to see you bruh.

With that he ran off into the trees, and Papyrus and I made our way back to the camp.  When we arrived, Aizawa was in deep conversation with Mandalay and the rest of the Wild Wild Pussycats.  They looked serious, and I could sense the tension in the air.  Mandalay turned to us.

Mandalay: Good timing.  We've received a tip about possible League of Villains movements.

Aizawa: We'll need to stay on high alert tonight.  Everyone should get some rest, but keep your quirks ready just in case.

As the night settled, I retreated to my room with Frisk.  I lay awake, thoughts racing.  The threat was growing more tangible, and the presence of the League of Villains felt more imminent than ever.

Frisk: Are you okay?

YN: Just a little on edge.  I have a bad feeling about tonight.

Frisk: We'll get through this.  We always do.

I nodded, but sleep didn't come easily.  As the hours passed, the forest around the camp seemed to grow quieter, the usual nighttime sounds giving way to an unsettling silence.  Then... a distant sound pierced the calm.  The unmistakable sound of a chainsaw.

YN: Either someone's playing a really fucked up prank on us or-

Aizawa's voice cut through the night.

Aizawa: Everyone, get up!

The camp erupted into chaos as students scrambled to prepare for the imminent attack.  My heart pounded as I glanced at Frisk, who was already on her feet, her eyes glowing pink.

YN: Come on, Frisky.

Frisk nodded, and we joined the others as they readied themselves for the confrontation.  The League of Villains was here, and this time, it was no longer just a distant threat... it was right on our doorstep.
