X opened their eyes to face the crowd, which looked mostly perplexed and confused, save for Bottle and Two, who seemed to be expecting it.

X then looked down at their own palms, as if they were in disbelief themselves.

"Uh-" Golf Ball spoke up, "I- Uh- Wh- Th- I- What?!"

"You know, I feel like spending all that time in the EXIT made me... miss a thing or two..." Ruby said, her confusion thick.

"Well I wasn't in the EXIT and I've got no clue about what's going on either" Liy noted, crossing her arms.

"This feels like a prank!" Fries added. Blocky chuckled upon hearing his words, "It'd be a great prank!"

X sighed, "It's no prank..." they said, a bit embarrassed of themselves.

swoosh "I GOT HERE AS FAST AS I COULD!!" Robot Flower said as she dashed into the scene all the way from Basketball's factory, "Basketball left me a note that there was this challenge and that my memory... uh... IS THAT X?!"

"Long story" Basketball said.

"X IS BACK?!" Robot Flower questioned, "We oughta tell Four! Where are they?!"

X frowned upon hearing her words, they replied, shyly looking to the side, "I... wish I knew"

Bottle, who stared at X from the crowd, softened their stern look slightly upon hearing them, "...What do you mean?"

The host looked at Bottle, a bit bitter, "Bottle, I really thought you were different by the way, you really had to go out of your way to make this a spectacle huh?!"

Bottle silently gasped, taking offense, "W- You're only saying that because you got caught, X! Do you think Four would've liked to find out you stole their identity to host the show?!"

"You do NOT know what you're talking about!" X angrily retaliated.

"Wait" Robot Flower interjected, "...Four was X?!"

"""Yes!""" The rest of the crowd replied in unison, the general tone hiding a bit of irritation within.

"Huh?!" the mechanical mind reacted, "Since?"

"Since the contest reset" Bottle replied, a good handful of people reacted at that information with surprise.

"Guys?" Price Tag spoke up from the masses, "I... really hate to ask this but... who is that X guy?" they asked as they pointed at their host with their foot, quite a few of the crowd's members facepalmed at the question.

"Well, not gonna lie, I'm pretty lost, so I, Gelatin, as a representative of the first wave of Exitors, would like to formally ask X to give a convenient explanation about what the hell's going on" Gelatin said as they rose their hand up, a good portion of contestants hummed in agreement.

"Yeah" Bottle crossed her arms, "You have a LOT to explain, X, if that's even who you are or if you're somehow still faking it!"

"...Yeah, you guys deserve to know why I did this" X sorrowfully said, "...And what happened to Four, and stealing Two's powers back then, and..."

"And the Announcer!" Pillow shouted from the crowd, "Don't forget about the Announcer!"

X froze, "Y- You know that?"

"I was a WITNESS!" Pillow said, taking out her notepad and pointing to a page with doodles and paragraphs describing the scene she had seen, "I saw you wreck his shit up!"
