Ep. 31 - I'm Using Tilt Controls!

Four months had gone by since the last ADFB session, a pretty long time for the schedule the contestants were used to.

No longer trapped inside the classroom walls, the eliminated folks were able to roam free again, it was almost as if there was no contest going on.

It had been an awfully peaceful time.

Too peaceful.

"...Well, this is it, final 25 and it'll only get lower!" Two looked to their side, "Ready, X?"

X sighed, "...I think I am"

"Just do everything the same way you have been" Two advised, patting X and encouraging them to step up to the stage.

X nodded and took several steps forwards, standing in front of the crowd they had assembled, who eagerly awaited the next game session.

X cleared their throat, "Um... Alright... Sorry for the delay contestants, I just needed some time...

I'm your new- ...new? ...I'm your host, X" they timidly said. Some of the most enthusiastic folk in the crowd cheered, which somewhat surprised the host.

The variable, who had sweat dripping off their head, continued, "I will now, um... raise my hand... and snap my fingers... to start the intro...!"

"Uhm..." X was drawing blank, they were out of their element, "Gosh, Two?"

"Yes!" Two walked in to help them, redirecting themselves to the crowd, "Contestants, you've all been called in here to VOTE for an Exitor- or uh, Finalost... Finaloser? E- Eliminated contestant to join the game!

As a refresher, your vote total will be added to the viewer's vote total to decide our last rejoinee!

Now, it's been a while, so I'm sure you guys had plenty of time to think and decide and strategize your vote!"

"...I honestly forgot" Robot Flower admitted.

"Me too!" Marker followed up.

"Oh... no problem!" Two responded, "When you guys have your vote ready, write it in some paper and place it in the ballot box right here-" Two interrupted themselves as they noticed the distinct lack of ballot box.

"...O- Oh, my bad" X apologized, prior to using telekinesis in order to rise the ballot box out of the ground, the word 'CONTESTANT VOTES' written on it with black marker.

"Mmh... I procrastinated" Golf Ball admitted.

"Really? You? Procrastinating?" Blocky questioned.

Golf Ball turned to face him, "Yeah, I'm not exactly interested in anyone coming back, the only ally I care for is still in the game" she claimed, making Tennis Ball happily grin behind her.

"Wow, so you're saying you don't care for me?" Pillow asked Golf Ball, somewhat offended.

"I mean, we're friends, but are we allies? Or are you in Liy's side of the team?" Golf Ball asked as she shifted her sight towards Pillow.

"Obviously in my side" Liy interjected, "We're death pact-ers!"

"And we're inventors" Golf Ball replied in a very serious yet prideful tone, "Actually trying to do something interesting, instead of some nonsensical activism"
