The History of Colors

Season 2 Episode 6, Discussion Part 1

It was a nice day in November. Jaxson, Yukari, Redmond and Maxwell are all sitting around the table, silently. All of them looked at each other until Jaxson started speaking.

(Jaxson): Me and Yukari had decided to bring each other here to discuss all that has happened with the weird magical events.

(Maxwell): Okay, I'll go first. How did Philip get those weather powers? Did he get them from his parents like me and Red? And how did you 2 get your powers?

(Jaxson): Well, we both have really different stories. You can go first, Yukari.

(Yukari): When me and Jax were leaving the orphanage, I ended up falling from a cliff. When I got to the bottom, It was actually a portal to another planet!

(Maxwell): WHAT? You went to a different planet???!!!

(Yukari): Yup. And I was there for like 8 months!

(Redmond): Oh, I didn't think it was that long.

(Maxwell): How did you get back?

(Yukari): I met a really nice bird guy there, Henry. He took care of me all those months. All though some agents found out I was human and tried to capture me! I think that planet was full of animal people. Anyway, One of them had some staff with a gem on it. When they blasted the power on to me, that's when I got my powers.

(Redmond): A gem? Was it the same type of gem we found on that walk a few months back.

(Yukari): Now that I think about it, they had the same shape.

(Redmond): I'll go get it.

Redmond went to the bedroom but couldn't find the gem.

(Jaxson): What's taking him so long?

(Maxwell): Let's go check on him.

They find Redmond turning the room upside down trying to find the gem.

(Yukari): You still haven't found it?

(Redmond): I swear I put it in the drawer.

All 4 of them search the entire room but find nothing.

(Jaxson): That's so weird. Do you think someone took it?

(Redmond): You all swear you didn't take it.

(Jax, Yukari & Max): Yes!

(Maxwell): What about Mom?

(Yukari): We can ask.

They ask Mira but to no avail. They go back to the table a little worried.

(Jaxson): This might be bad. Since that gem has some sort of power to it, it could end up in the wrong hands.

(Yukari): Let's calm down. Jax, you can say how you got your powers.

(Jaxson): Okay. So when Yukari, Redmond and I were in the forest, we found a sword in a rock. When I eventually got the sword out, it glowed green and this green power beam hit me. It made me go unconscious. Then I had a weird vision of the past where this guy had many powers, and then died.

(Maxwell): Wow.

(Redmond): Remember those documents we found in Season 2 Episode 3 where we found those documents?

(Jax, Yukari & Max): ?

(Redmond): I mean back at the library.

(Jaxson): Oh right!

(Yukari): We had found old documents of magical events happening that may have to do with our powers.

(Maxwell): Yeah I remember that. What was so interesting that you found?

(Redmond): We saw something about there being 16 gems so there's probably like 11 more people with power similar to ours.

(Jaxson): So are there also 16 gems to be found as well?

(Yukari): Probably, we technically only found 2. And lost both.

(Maxwell): Maybe we're connected to these gems in a way. It sounds like we get their power from them. And that could explain why Red started glowing when he found the red gem.

(Redmond): That sounds about right.

(Jaxson): There's one more thing that me and Yukari haven't talked about.

(Yukari): Peter.

(Redmond): Who's he?

(Jaxson): Back at the hayride, we saw him and found him looking for some plant. He was from the orphanage so that's why we were surprised.

(Maxwell): Do you think he has powers like us?

(Jaxson): I- I don't know...

(Redmond): What do you think he was up to?

(Yukari): Whatever it was, I hope it doesn't affect us.
