Opening Scene: Rotasu’s Dorm Room
The episode opens with Rotasu sitting in her dorm room, staring at her tablet, looking both intrigued and confused. On the screen, a VTuber—an idol streaming online with an animated avatar—is performing a song and interacting with a live audience.
Rotasu: (to herself) So this is what all the hype is about… VTubers. They perform online but never show their real faces? And people love them!
Her curiosity grows as she clicks on another stream featuring a different VTuber, this time a pop-type idol with an elaborate virtual costume. As the chat floods with comments and hearts, Rotasu realizes that being a VTuber has a unique charm that idols performing in person can’t replicate.
Rotasu: (excited) Maybe… I could try it? It could be a fun way to connect with more fans without even leaving the dorm!
She quickly grabs her phone and sends a message to her friends, Aika and Sayo, about her new idea.
Cut to: Cafeteria at Saku Academy
Later that day, Rotasu meets Aika, Sayo, and Miho at their usual table in the cafeteria. She brings up the subject enthusiastically.
Rotasu: (grinning) Have you guys ever heard of VTubers? I’ve been watching their streams, and they’re so popular! What if we tried performing online too?
Aika: (tilting her head) VTubers? Oh, those virtual idols, right? I’ve seen some streams, but I never thought about doing it myself.
Sayo: (raising an eyebrow) Perform online…? I don’t know, Rotasu. Aren’t we already busy enough with our regular performances?
Miho: (jumping in excitedly) I think it’s a great idea! I love watching VTubers. And besides, it might be a way for us to reach a whole new audience. Plus, it sounds like fun!
Rotasu: (nodding) Exactly! We can be whoever we want and design our own avatars. It’s like having a second identity, but still being idols.
Sayo: (sighs) I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try. But how are we going to pull this off?
Cut to: Technology Room at Saku Academy
The girls head to the technology room, where they meet up with Kabe, their robotic friend and expert in all things technological. Kabe has been known to dabble in virtual technology and idol performances, often helping the students with their digital needs.
Kabe: (in a robotic but playful tone) I detect a new interest in VTubing. Fascinating! I can assist with all the setup. First, we’ll need virtual avatars, streaming software, and a solid internet connection.
Rotasu: (excited) That sounds amazing, Kabe! Can you help us design our avatars?
Kabe: (beaming with a flicker of lights) I’ve already been working on some virtual outfit concepts for you. And I have just the right idea—how about we debut a new coord for your VTuber debut?
Aika: (curious) What kind of coord are we talking about?
Kabe: (projecting a hologram of the outfit) I call it the Dazzling Stream coord. It’s perfect for virtual performances—featuring flowing holographic fabrics and pixelated sparkles. You’ll shine brighter than ever in the digital space.
The girls stare at the design in awe. The Dazzling Stream coord features iridescent patterns that change color as they move, along with intricate holographic details that give the appearance of digital pixels bursting with energy.
Rotasu: (grinning) It’s perfect! I definitely want to wear this for my virtual debut.
The girls stare at the design in awe. The Dazzling Stream coord features flowing holographic fabrics, a rainbow-like sheen, and pixelated sparkles that seem to pulse with life. The outfit is both futuristic and stylish, perfect for VTubers.
Rotasu: (grinning) It’s amazing! I want to wear that for my virtual debut.
Cut to: VTuber Debut Preparation
The girls spend the next few days working with Kabe to design their avatars, plan their performances, and get everything set up for their debut as VTubers. Aika sketches out digital costume ideas, Sayo helps manage the technical details, and Miho picks out songs that would work well with their new online personas.
Sayo: (nervously) I’m still not sure about this. Performing in front of a live audience is one thing, but online? What if no one watches?
Miho: (encouragingly) Don’t worry, Sayo! The cool thing about being a VTuber is that we can start small and build an audience over time. Plus, it’ll be a new challenge!
Rotasu: (grinning) And if it works out, we could even have special streams where we perform our new Dazzling Stream coord live. It’ll be like having the best of both worlds—virtual and real!
Cut to: The VTuber Debut
The day of the girls’ VTuber debut arrives. Rotasu, Aika, Sayo, and Miho sit in front of their monitors, their virtual avatars ready to go live. Each girl has a unique animated persona that matches her style and idol type, and they’re all dressed in their virtual Dazzling Stream coords, glowing with holographic energy.
Rotasu’s Avatar: (on screen) Hey, everyone! Welcome to our first VTuber performance. I’m RotoStar, your pop idol from the virtual world! Let’s have some fun together!
The virtual chat immediately lights up with comments, emojis, and hearts as viewers begin flooding in. The girls perform their song and dance routine, and the interactive aspect of streaming lets them chat with fans in real time.
Aika’s Avatar: (on screen, winking) Hope you like our performance, everyone! This is just the beginning of our virtual idol journey.
Miho’s Avatar: (laughing) This is so much fun! Thank you all for watching! Let’s keep the energy going!
The virtual avatars move fluidly across the screen, their Dazzling Stream outfits shimmering with every step. The performance goes smoothly, and by the end, the girls have gained a number of fans online.
Cut to: After the Stream
After the performance, the girls gather back in Rotasu’s dorm room, exhausted but excited.
Sayo: (smiling) I have to admit, that was actually pretty fun. I didn’t expect so many people to watch us!
Rotasu: (grinning) I told you it would be worth it! Now we have a whole new audience. And I’m really excited to keep this up.
Aika: (leaning back) And with our new Dazzling Stream coord, we’ll stand out both online and on stage. Komori really outdid herself with that design.
Miho: (giggling) I can’t wait for our next stream! Maybe we can even take requests from the viewers next time.
The girls share a sense of accomplishment, knowing they’ve taken a step into a new world of idol performance. Whether in person or online, they’re ready to keep dazzling their audience.
