The vocation had been going well. Well, sort of. Since the airport incident you and Gracie had been trying to ignore the obvious elephant in the room. Marriage.

It was your birthday tomorrow, July 24th.

Time had gone really fast, and it was insane that you were almost 19.

You didn't really want to do anything for your birthday, but you knew the others wouldn't allow that. Especially Tate and Olivia, who had insisted you all go out to a high end restaurant.

So, that's how you found yourself being dragged around countless luxury stores to find the 'perfect' birthday dress.

"Blue, or white?" Olivia asked, taking a dress off the hanger and pushing it into your face.

"I don't know. Liv I still feel strongly about staying in and just relaxing for my birthday" you said, hoping the reaction wouldn't be too bad.

Olivia's face dropped hearing this, putting her hand on her forehead.

"Y/n... you can't stay in the villa for your birthday. We have to go somewhere"

You sighed. But you didn't know how to respond. Well, maybe you just didn't feel like paparazzi breathing down your neck. Olivia definitely forgot who she was sometimes.

"Have you considered that you, Tate, Charlton, Conan and Gracie are all celebrities" you interjected, trying to get her to understand.

Liv thought for a minute, trying to understand what you were hinting at.

"Oh, the paparazzi? Oh well you can't let them ruin your birthday y/n. Plus don't worry obviously the cars will be tinted."

You scoffed, not impressed with her answer.

"What's with that scoff?" Olivia asked, putting the other dresses back on the hook and crossing her arms.

"Olivia. I don't want to be chased down by paparazzi on my god damn birthday! Maybe consider that everyone in this party besides me is a well known celebrity. Even if the windows were tinted, we'd still have to get out at this 'high end' restaurant and be swamped by cameras." You whisper shouted, trying not to get attention from people nearby.

Liv's expression turned understanding, scratching her neck as her eyes hit the floor.

"Y/n... I'm sorry. I totally blanked. I sometimes forget that everyone around me gets the side effects of my... popularity"

You nodded, putting the dress back on the hook.

"I don't want anything big. I just want a small thing, in the villa, with my friends. Is that okay?"

Olivia sighed.

"Okay, I'll cancel the reservation. Also... I know this might be a bad time to ask. But weren't you and Gracie discussing getting married around this time?"

You gulped, not wanting to talk about this.

"I'm not sure. I mean, we had an idea of this time. But personally, after everything that's happened this year. I don't think I, or her are ready to get married to each other." You admitted sadly.

Olivia's face dropped slightly, sensing your hesitance.

"Is everything okay?"
