The loud music nearby woke me up. 
As soon as I tried to sit up in bed, my back started aching.

"Ouchhh," I groaned, quickly covering my mouth and hand.

If Rudra hears me, he'll scold me. He already told me not to push myself. He'll get mad, and I can't show any pain in front of him.

"How can someone be so sweet?" I ran my fingers through his hair and gently stroked it.

"I know I trouble you a lot, but I love you, you know that, right?" I tapped his nose lightly and whispered.

"Yes, I know, Bachaaa," he replied, taking my hand in his and placing it over his heart.

"What?" I was completely shocked. 
Wasn't he asleep?

"If you're awake, just get up! Why are you lying there with your eyes closed?" I rested my chin on his bare chest.

"Uhmm," he nodded. 

"What? Uhmm... ahmm... get up now! Don’t you have work to do? We only have six days left, and somehow we have to fix everything," I said, feeling a bit disheartened. 

"I'm here, I'll take care of everything. You just focus on looking after our two babies," he said, gently caressing my shoulder. 

"For that, you'll have to give up your precious sleep and actually work! Come on, get up and freshen up!" 

"Are you okay? You're not in any pain or anything, are you?" 

"No, no! I'm perfectly fine—ready to fly with wings on my back!" I joked, and we both burst into laughter.

Three days had passed, yet we hadn’t made any progress. With each passing moment, our worries only grew deeper. Tomorrow was our last day, and the day after, the wedding rituals would begin. Rudra kept telling me not to worry, but it was impossible...

**In our room:**

"I think Kiran might be getting suspicious of our sudden change in behavior, which is why she hasn’t made any moves yet," Rohit said.

"It’s possible Riya’s fiancé told her about that threatening call, and now they’re on alert." 

"If that’s the case, then both Rudra and Aarushi could be in danger. Kiran isn’t just any ordinary person; she’s mentally disturbed and dangerous—a murderer," Rohit added, clearly distressed. 

"Relax, guys. Don’t overthink it. Aarushi is not going to be involved in this anymore, especially since we know she’s pregnant. She’ll stay out of it, and you both need to stay vigilant. No carelessness, understood?" Rudra’s voice was firm but caring.
