Azar's eyes spoke anger at the question. He looked at me with his cold stare. I kept thinking about what I should tell them, and after a few seconds, I spoke, drawing everyone's attention toward me.

"I have heard a lot about him from Azar. He is good," I said, looking at Azar's eyes, which had turned blank again. He shot a killing stare at Brother Dax and then back at me.

"Eat your food silently. No need to talk this much," he said sternly. I nodded and took another bite of the delicious soup.

"Are you liking the food, Eve?" Ahvi asked.

I looked up at her and then at Aunty Abela while smiling happily. "Yes, it's so tasty. Aunty Abela made it just how I love."

"WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STANDING HERE? GO AND DO YOUR WORK," she shouted coldly at Aunty Abela. Aunty Abela bowed and left, looking down sadly.

It was my fault. I shouldn't have smiled at her. The Baldwins hated me talking to people who were not rich like them.

"Eve, after breakfast, come with me. I need your help," Ahvi said. I nodded with a simple "yes."

Azar looked at her and said , I have some work to finish with her sister in law after that you can take her .

Ahvi looked at me and than at him before nodding her head .

Azar finished his food and got up from his seat.

"Come with me," he said coldly while looking at me.

I glanced at my unfinished breakfast and then back at him with a sigh, I stood up and followed him silently.

We reached near his room. He opened the door and pulled me inside quickly, harshly pushing me against the door and kissing me passionately. It felt as if an animal was biting me repeatedly on my lips. He devoured my lips with rage, and I felt his anger in his harsh sucks and bites.

His tongue kept rolling over mine. The kiss went on for too long, making me breathless. I patted his chest to stop him, but he didn't. He was taking my every breath away, little by little, and then finally he left.

"Let... me... breathe, Azar... or... I will... die," I said, gasping for air and feeling pain. I turned my eyes toward Azar, who held my hair tightly in his fist. His large hand met my cheek, making me shiver. He slapped me harshly, and I felt the sting.

"HOW DARE YOU, EVE!" he shouted angrily, making me tremble. My legs felt weak under his red, angry eyes. I knew I had messed up somehow.

He grabbed my chin harshly and shouted again, "HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT, EVE?" He yanked my hair more harshly, giving it a painful jerk. "YOUR LIFE IS MY POSSESSION. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DIE. DO YOU WANT ME TO KILL THEM?"

I felt nothing. Those words made my soul still. My mind became blank. How many times are they going to threaten me with these words? How many times? It was not just a threat; I knew they could do it, but why again and again? I had been hearing the same thing over and over—"Obey us or we will kill them." Obey me, obey them, obey him... Why? How many times more?

"I'm sorry," I said, crying with a trembling voice.

He threw me harshly on the floor and left. I chuckled while looking at his back; he would come back again for forgiveness. I had faced this same situation repeatedly, and I had to forgive him with just one apology. I got up using the door for support and walked toward my room. My hunger had died down. I washed my face, fixed my hair, and walked toward Eve's room to help her.

Third Person's POV

Azar walked toward his dad's office with heavy steps, filled with anger. Once he reached, he pushed the door harshly and went inside. Mr. Win was sitting while reading a book. He adjusted his glasses and looked at Azar.
