Dax looked at Ray, who kept saying, "My dove, my Eve, she is mine, only mine. I love her , I love her so much " His voice was trembling.
Ahvi interjected suddenly with a loud voice, "And Azar loves her too, Ray, maybe more than you."
Ahvi's sudden remark made Ray's red eyes even darker.
Ray retorted, "No one can love her; no one is allowed to love her. I will kill him. She is mine and will be mine forever," each word filled with anger.
HE IS YOUR BROTHER FOR GOD SAKE RAY ... HE IS AZAR..dax shouted trying to add some sense in ray but ray got more angry after hearing that and shouted ...
NO HE IS NOT , NOT AFTER SNATCHING MY DOVE FROM ME , HE CAN'T BE MY BROTHER HE CAN'T..
Dax and Ahvi didn't know what to do.
Ray looked at Dax, hugged him, and kept saying, "Eve, my Eve, my Dove. She is mine and will be mine always."
Ahvi cried as she looked at the brothers.
"We don't know what will happen in the future, but we are here to support our family," Dax said.
Ahvi affirmed, "Yes, we are," wiping her tears.
Ray broke the hug and said, "It's between me and him. Eve has no choice but to accept one of us, and I will make sure her choice will be only me," his eyes showing no emotion, just darkness.
Eve's POV
Downstairs, Azar was seated near the counter, looking at me as I sat beside him, drinking the orange juice specially made for me.
"Do you want anything else?" Azar asked in a soft voice; I knew how much of it was fake...
"No, I can wait for dinner to get started," I replied blankly.
"Bubble, we can eat first if you want. I will talk to Dad," Azar suggested, and he got up.
I looked up at him as he stood up and said, "It's okay, I can wait," which Azar ignored as he walked away.
I sighed and started drinking the orange juice again.
Third Person POV
Azar walked toward his dad, who was talking to some man.
Azar asked softly, "Dad, when will dinner get started? Eve is hungry."
Mr. Win, looking behind Azar, asked, "Oh, where is she?"
Azar gestured toward the counter to show where eve was. As Mr. Win found her, he looked at the cute girl sipping orange juice silently, and his heart melted at the sight. He smiled as she looked back at him, showing her white teeth.
Mr. Win said softly, "Just wait a little. Ray has to cut the cake first, and then we will start dinner."
Azar nodded and asked, "But where is my brother?"
"I am here," a voice from behind startled Azar.
Azar said while smiling, "You scared me, bro."
Ray also returned the smile. He asked, "Why were you looking for me?"
Azar continued, "Oh, because Eve is getting hungry for food. Oh, shit, brother, I forgot to introduce you to her. Come with me," as he grabbed Ray's arm and started dragging him toward me.
