I'm laying down covered in dirt and I think the building has completely collapsed on me and Danny. I cough and try to get the dirt out of my eyes. I'm looking around for Danny and I hear someone yelling.
"STEVE! DANNY! CAN YOI HEAR ME?!" It's Lou. I have to let him or somebody know Danny and I are down here.
"Danny? Are you alright?" I ask. There's a couple of large bricks on his legs and a metal pipe went through his knee. It's an awful sight. I need to get him out of here ASAP or he'll lose his leg.
"Steve? Steve?! What the hell happened? Where are we?"
"We're buried underneath the building. Right now I'm focused on your leg. If I don't get you out of here soon, you'll lose it."
Danny looks down at his leg. "Son of a bitch." He says.
Steve looks at his knee and has a plan. Of course it's a stupid one.
"Danny, I'm gonna try very carefully to get that out of your knee."
"Are you fucking nuts? That's the most insane thing I've ever heard! You're not taking this thing out of my knee, we'll leave it until we're rescued! Got it?"
Steve nods his head. "Got it."
They've been trapped for several hours and the oxygen levels are low.
"Steve? It's me, Stephanie. We're not giving up on you guys."
"Thanks Steph! Your boyfriend is insane for trying to get this thing out of my knee. He's an animal!"
Two hours later, Steve and Danny are rescued and Danny is taken away by ambulance for emergency medical treatment.
"Look on the bright side. At least he'll be out of work for a couple of weeks." Lou says. Kono and Chin laugh.
"First round of beers are on me!" Stephanie says as she hugs Steve.
