EMMA POV.The city of Paris was beautiful. Especially whilst we were exploring on a tourist group along the way with others. We had entered into the Notre Dame Cathedral and it was so beautiful that I had lost my mind. Christopher was just as shocked and amazed as much as I was.
I had noticed the beautiful music while entering the cathedral. I wanted to stay in it forever. It had a beautiful touch to it. Dark dim lighting and a place that definitely screamed sanctuary. And I held Christopher's hand the whole time inside. The bells were ringing and I wondered what a royal wedding would be like if it was here. Something like during the Civil War or before of a French wedding taking place here. And I was nothing but spectacularly speechless.
Many other tourists were inside Notre Dame, and I was here, just hoping it is as beautiful as they say from around the world. I was holding onto Christopher as we walked the cathedral along with other many tourists. The glass windows of honoring of God and Jesus were just beautiful. I felt no loss of emotion to this journey. I had to take it as it was. And of course, I noticed how everyone else was. Confident.
I am guessing the cathedral had more than what I was expecting. The tour of it was remarkable. And no words could describe it. We spent longer than an hour inside Notre Dame. And it was worth it. And once we did that, we had taken a taxi to Louvre museum. And the second we went inside, I remember just seeing every painting. Christopher and I were shocked of the details and of how the place described the renaissance. Yes, it was pure to the Culture in France. Especially back during the sixteen hundreds. And interesting how Leonardo da Vinci had painted The Mona Lisa. She had no smile, but to him it was a smile because it was interesting. The painting is from 1503. He was an Italian artist who painted her so well, it makes me wonder how such a beautiful woman could look so and have her smile in here for the entire world to see.
In my mind, I was picturing myself just going through the museum with pride and gratitude and for all the love that people have given. Especially to Mona Lisa. Others will say she wasn't beautiful but strange. I say she was beautiful. And she had something nobody else could be compared to.
I will say the rest of the day carried out with us exploring other places in the city. We went to dine out at a beautiful fancy restaurant. And it was beautiful as any. But it was so elegant and fancy that I felt like I was in a dream. And then of course, I couldn't quite find the right words to express the restaurant that had interesting paintings. And I was very impressed with the champagne because it was sweet and just the way I pictured it to be here in Paris. But even after the restaurant, we had rented two bicycles and we rode our bikes together having fun. The roads were of the back parts that we were riding bikes together like we were teenagers. And then of course, it started to pour and rain and we ran inside a gazebo that was made of glass. We stayed inside it until it would stop raining. It was enough perfect time and we made love in it. We went at it for three rounds. And the rain eventually stopped and that's when we got back on our bikes and we rode them to this bar where we drank beers together and danced to with a lot of people being drunk and dancing themselves.
Once we returned our rented bicycles, we took a taxi back to the mansion and we had ate bowls of ice cream together. And then we made love again, and I remember falling asleep after we did it, and wow Christopher did it so well like he always does. He made love to me so perfectly but he did it in the bed with me so perfectly to a certain way that I was addicted to him. I couldn't quit him.
The next few days passed, and it was a lot of love making. We watched a sad tragic love movie in French. Christopher fell asleep to it before it was finished. I was crying, and there he was passed out. And I had fell asleep right next to him as soon as I turned the tv off. And of course the next day after that, it was more love making. We did it in the shower, on the bed, in the kitchen, in the sitting room and even on the pool table. He fucked me senseless every time. He knew the right spot to hit, the angle. But he knew my body so well. And I guess it's safe to say that we did it every day constantly. It doesn't matter if we weren't married before but at least this time we can get away with it.
