"She's here, she's here."
"Oh my gosh, her figure is amazing, she's so tall!"
"And that stylish black short hair, paired with her chiseled features, it's just..."
"Too stunning!"
Admiring gasps followed Yan Keyou as she walked into the campus, rising and falling like waves.
At 170 centimeters tall, she had a model-like figure with long, straight legs, making her the most eye-catching and wild captain of the basketball team. In this all-girls Saint Laurent high school, she was the "prince charming" who captivated the entire school—everyone knew her, and everyone talked about her.
Yan Keyou smiled at one of her "adorers" nearby, instantly provoking another round of excited squeals.
"Senior Keyou." A soft, sweet voice timidly called out to her.
Yan Keyou paused and looked at the girl who was a head shorter than her.
"This—please accept it." The younger girl shyly shoved a beautifully wrapped small gift into her hands and quickly ran off.
"Hey—" Yan Keyou called after the retreating figure, then helplessly stuffed yet another gift into her nearly overflowing bag.
"Tsk tsk tsk, I really envy you," her friend Qin Peiyi teased as she stepped forward.
"Peiyi, stop embarrassing me," Yan Keyou pretended to glare at her friend while casually throwing an arm around her shoulder.
"Hey, hey, hey, are you trying to get me in trouble?" Qin Peiyi shrugged her shoulder, making Yan Keyou's arm drop.
"What's up?" Yan Keyou furrowed her brows in confusion.
"Did you not see the Yan Keyou fan club glaring at me over there? I don't want to find trash stuffed in my drawer later," the jealousy of women is truly terrifying.
"Sorry about that," Yan Keyou apologized, feeling guilty as she knew Peiyi had suffered a lot for being her friend.
"It's fine, who told us to be good friends, and you're just so 'handsome'?" Qin Peiyi patted her on the back.
"Sigh, I don't want to be called 'handsome,'" she sighed.
"What's wrong? Weren't you proud of having so many girls admire you before?" This girl was acting a bit strange.
"Uh, that's... because..." Yan Keyou's face flushed as she stammered.
"You have a secret! Spill it," Qin Peiyi leaned in curiously.
"Oh come on, it's nothing," Yan Keyou was rarely shy like a girl.
"Seriously, it's so weird, there must be something. Tell me!" Qin Peiyi urged playfully.
Unable to resist her friend's pleading, Yan Keyou glanced around, then leaned in mysteriously and whispered, "I have a crush on a guy."
"Really?" Qin Peiyi's eyes widened in surprise and excitement, "You finally have some self-awareness as a woman!"
"I'm a girl, okay?" Yan Keyou protested awkwardly, her face still bright red.
"When have you ever seen a girl so loud and rambunctious? You're tanner than most guys, not to mention how you sit with your legs spread wider than theirs," Qin Peiyi teased.
"Hey, as long as I'm comfortable," Yan Keyou said, feeling even more embarrassed. "Come on, are you gonna listen or not?"
"Of course I want to hear! Hurry up and tell me who it is!" Qin Peiyi exclaimed eagerly, tiptoeing and leaning in.
