Three figures stepped out into the hallway, as the automated door sealed itself shut behind them.

Gojo put his arms behind his head as he stretched them, relieving the tension from sitting down previously. "Huah~, that was tiring," a yawn escaped his lips as a small tear formed in the corner of his closed eyes.

The Doctor pulled a small piece of paper from his pocket, along with a foldable paper map focusing his attention on them. "I'll be going to my room..." With a side glance to Gojo and Amiya, he turned around before walking to where the map would lead him.

"Then I'll be going too," placing his hands in his pocket, he remembered the piece of originium shard that he kept stored away. Feeling its coarse yet smooth texture at some parts, he started fiddling with it lightly as he walked.

"Ah- wait!" The voice of Amiya paused him from his thoughts, as she ran to grab his arm.

Only for it to be stopped by an invisible barrier.

"Eh?" The little bunny tilted her head as she attempted to clench her hand at the invisible barrier that separated them.

"Oh, sorry, ya' got something to say?" Lowering his barrier as her arm was able to move past it, Gojo let his curiosity be known.

"Oh, uhm, well..." She lowered her ears as she fidgeted with her fingers.

Gojo merely raised an eyebrow as he thought about what could have caused her to act like this... That was when he was brought back to when he registered what one of her actual abilities were, a sort of empathic connection to other people.

But instead of it being normal human empathy of recalling one's past experience to another's, hers worked as an actually for her to literally feel what the other person was feeling.

Putting one to one together...

"You just seem... Very lonely and lost," The brown haired girl met his gaze as she spoke.

The male's expression turned neutral, sending an unnatural feeling through Amiya, as if his true colors had been shown.

"..Hey, c'mon, it's nothing to worry about really," immediately snapping to a grin, that only made him seem sheepish at best, he patted Amiya on the back. "It must be a hard ability to deal with if it's always affecting you like that eh?" He immediately changed the subject to her while speaking.

"Huh?" The woman tilted her head as she stared blankly at him, feeling a strange feeling well up within her stomach.

"Always feeling other people's emotions, I can already tell it must be a burden having to deal with it everytime somebody's in distress," Gojo explained as he made hand motions with his right hand. "I can vaguely tell what kind of person you are, you must be really selfless huh?" He flashed her a smile he could keep up this time.

"I-... That's true..." Amiya couldn't help but openly admit to Gojo's claim, bearing everybody's anger, hate, and sadness was a stress she sometimes couldn't power through. "But I'll always make the best out of these negative experiences," with a resolute tone, she returned the white haired man with a steeled gaze.

"I've met a lot of selfless people..." Gojo drawled on as he paced back and forth in the hallway, Amiya's gaze following him. "They were too selfless in my opinion, and every time they were, it only served as a curse for them, rather than a blessing."

Pausing his steps, a shadow cast over his face as Gojo lowered his posture, "I'm not saying that being selfless is a bad thing, I actually support that sorta mindset."

Amiya couldn't help but feel uneasy at his words, his cursed energy and lighting of the room not helping his case.

"But too much of it, without caring for yourself? You'll serve to bring misfortune upon your life." Walking past her, he continued his speech without looking back, "what I'm saying is, that you need to be more selfish at times, it is not necessarily a bad thing."
