The bodies of the Shadow Guards were being rounded up by the LGD, who were too afraid to approach Gojo Satoru. He stayed in one corner of the square shaped building formations in front of the Yeti Squadron.
He stood with his arms crossed, analyzing the entire scene to sense if any more Shadow Guards would try attacking the Yetis.
Amiya had already called in a helicopter to pick them up, but what remained now was a rather excruciating wait.
"Gojo," Ch'en's stern voice broke him out of his concentration, but he still kept a keen eye out.
"Yo," Gojo waved at her with one hand, speaking with a level tone.
"Okay, so we can cut the formalities," the woman nodded with her eyes closed, before reopening them. "I'm sure you know you may have painted a target on your back for killing these guards..."
"Yes, I'm aware, Wei Yenwu, correct?" Gojo spoke in a lower voice when in regards to the name, so the others didn't hear what he had just said.
Ch'en stared at him in a brief shock, before she let out a sigh and shook her head. She should have known, "Although I do not agree with his methods, what happened here is sure to gather his attention."
"Alright, I'll be waiting for him, then," the man re-crossed his arms as he scanned the surroundings once more.
"Dealing with a man like him... It won't end well," Ch'en readdressed him in a more grave voice, eyes narrowing towards the ground as she did so.
"It's whatever, you don't gotta worry bout' me, focus more on the slums and the infected," Gojo waved her off as his head continued moving, blue eyes glinting.
"You should keep yourself obscure, you might alert all of Yan if you keep going at it like this," she probed him further, knowing that his mysterious abilities would be a catalyst for fear.
"I'm quite curious, you know?" Gojo decided to steer the subject elsewhere.
"About what?" Ch'en turned back to him as she gave him a questioning look.
"I thought you hated the infected? It seems you're quite dissatisfied with what is happening in Lungmen."
"...I'm simply looking for what is the best course of action for Lungmen..."
"If the best course of action is slaughtering them all, then you don't agree with it do you?"
"Of course not," the Lung growled out, more angrily than she thought.
"Tell me, what is more important? Lungmen's views on the infected, or your views on the infected?" Gojo fixed his gaze on her as he spoke.
"What?" Ch'en muttered out, placing a hand under her chin as she mulled over the question. "You're more strange than I thought, Gojo Satoru," the woman spoke out to stall more time for her to answer the question. But no answer could come out, the man had shattered any preconceived notion she had had of him.
"I'll give you more time to think about it then," Gojo approached her, causing her to slightly flinch. He placed a hand on her shoulder, the woman finding it surprisingly positive in contrast to his negative aura before. "After all, you would understand the infected the most out of the LGD, wouldn't you madam?"
Ch'en stared at him, deep into his blue eyes that seemed to perceive everything, down to atomic level. She felt unnerved, a sense of adrenaline filling her body as she had to ask herself, 'how did he know?'
The man broke off contact, bringing Ch'en out of her stupor, feeling the positive energy leave her as she saw him reproach the Yeti Squadron. Wanting more answers she reached out to him-
