"And after that I lived with my dad, and with my growing age my dad used to teach me business from a very young age so I was able to do business meetings from the age of 18 with my father and started helping him with small things like and then my dad retired and shifted to Singapore so that he could look after our branches in there as well as have some rest because he wanted to enjoy his life alone for sometime so from the past 10 years, he's been there."

Namjoon nodded but you had questions which you suppressed till Jungkook is done talking.

"I tried to convince him to come back in here but he didn't that's why I got Singapore at least 5 times a year, 2 times I stay for more than 2 weeks and 3 times I majorly go for business trips and to meet dad and spend some time with him as much as I can,"

"I guess it's good that your dad isn't here because it makes it safer for us to execute all this risky stuff without getting his life in danger because of all this. But...does your kom know that where he is?" Namjoon questioned.

"We never told, in fact...I never talked with her after she left me. I only saw her married to Y/N's father when I met Y/N in college. I was too shocked but then I kept everything formal with her as if I'm meeting her for the first time,"

He explained and by this time all your doubts were almost clear that why didn't he tell you about all this. Of course it would have hurted you to hear his pain and more hurt if you knew that you both had same mother but thankfully, it's all good now.

"Hmm, okay then. I'll send a few people to keep a regular watch over Y/N's house and what's happening inside. I'd send one person as a worker for her house so he can go inside and search up things secretly and closely and the rest of the people watch the house and activites from outside."

Jungkook looked at you and you nodded so he nodded at Namjoon.

Namjoon stood up and shook hands with both of you as he was about to leave but turned back with a playful smile.

"And Y/N...don't tell your New York friends about me, okay?" He said and you chuckled as you showed him a 'ok' sign with your hands and he left and you both say back to continue your work.
