Chapter 3:Time Returns

We reached Acheila while holding their gem in our grasp. It looked duller than before... Everyone was frowning... Kids weren't in the playground... and mostly... The sky was darker than usual. Up ahead I saw the huge castle that belonged to the king of Acheila... Alexius. The castle was big and tall but it lost its shining aura. I remembered when the sun would shine to the castle and the gem would deflect the light to the city bringing light upon the Acheilans. It's sad to know that they lost light because they lost their infamous gem. Here I am, holding onto it to give it back to the king of Acheilans. In front of me was a wooden drawbridge. It looks old but it sure does keep evil away from it. I heard they hired a talisman to enchant this drawbridge to make sure nothing evil gets in. But of course... The magister is nothing upon everything. I knocked on the drawbridge in front of me and someone opened the eye socket. "Who is it... if you're here to waste my time then get away." Rude. The man said in a tone that showed the meaning of rudeness. I mean... you lost your light but it doesn't mean your attitude should be lost as well. "I'm here with my wife to talk with the king." I said while smiling. The man rolled his eyes through the eye socket and spoke again. "Name and purpose?" The man asked. "Zetsura Kuro, King of Acanarnia. My wife, Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Equestria and Queen of Acanarnia." I simply replied to the man's question. I don't know why but after I said my name... he closed the eye socket and opened the drawbridge. I mean... I guess this is the reaction you get when you're known as the multidimensional hero. The man rolled a red carpet on the ground to let us come in. The man smiled when he saw me. The first smile I've seen today. A few more people came out of the castle to greet me with their smiles. I think they already know why I'm here. I waved and smiled back at them while my wife followed what I did. We arrived inside the castle. It looked dark... as if no one was in there... After taking a few steps, we saw the throne room in the distance. As we entered the throne room, we saw the king sitting on the throne with a sad face. I gotta be honest here... he must have gone through a lot of problems... His face showed stress and tension... I wonder how long it has been since he last smiled. "Oh... King and Queen of Acanarnia... Why are you both here?... If you're here to see our famous light show then I have to say that it has been canceled... Ever since we lost our gem... we lost the meaning of light..." He greeted us with a saddened tone. I smiled at him to try and make him smile again but it was no use. "Dear King Alexius... We are here to give you a secret gift... A gift from Acanarnia to Acheila. Note to yourself that this might turn your frown upside down." I said with hope in my voice. King Alexius didn't seem amused by this secret gift. He simply sighed and rejected my offer. "Oh King Zetsura... if only your gift could do so... but I'm afraid that nothing can bring joy back to me except when I see my kingdom's finest gem... You can take your leave, dear friend..." He stood up and walked away as he said this. "Alexius!" I called to him. He looked back toward me and I threw a bag to him. He caught it perfectly before looking at the bag and turned his eyes towards mine. "My friend... like I said before-" I cut him off before he could finish his sentence. "Open it." I said. Two words convinced him to look inside the bag. As he opened it, rays of light shined towards the gem. It lit up the whole castle within seconds. The darkness disappeared as if it was blown away by the wind. The King of Acheila looked at me. His jaw dropped as he saw the gem. He looked at me with his mouth wide open. Me and my wife simply just smiled at him before opening a portal to my kingdom. I looked back to see him one last time before I go. His face was like a kid being offered candy. "Remember us... Also... Remember me... I'm the reigning King of Acanarnia... I'm the man who faced mania... The man who helped a thousand terra... The infamous..." I raised my hand, looked back and entered the portal before screaming out my name. "ZETSURA!!"
