Chapter 9:Time creation

Corrosis is a well known assassin in my timeline. He works with the magister just for fame. His powers are like his title... Acid. He's been a real threat for me since his acid could go through almost anything. The question is... Why is he here? Is it the same reason The Chaos Knight came? Or do all of them use the same reason? One thing for sure is that The Magister is here to make sure his past self obtains chaos at an early stage... But that sounds unfitting for his ideology... What else is the reason he came here? To this specific time and date? The main question is... how did he travel back to time? "Oi, how long are you going to be lost in thought? I was sent here to be quick and bring the package back to the magister." Corrosis said with his gurgly tone while playing with his blade. Package? What package? I shook the thought away and paid attention to the current threat. "Tell me past Zetsura... Do you like the rain?" Corrosis continued speaking in his gurgly tone. The voice of a man filled with acid in his heart. Past Kuro looked confused and just nodded his head. I knew what was coming. Past Kuro's answer might have ended our lives. Because the one thing you must hate about the rain... is the things that could be in it. Corrosis raised his arm to the sky. "Oh dear rain... Please let them feel pain." He said with a smirk on his face. I put a shield that would cover Past Kuro and Past Athanatos. Thank goodness I was on time. Without haste, the rain started to pour. It wasn't normal rain... It's colors were as green as trees. Each drop of rain that fell would dissolve everything it touches. This was no normal rain... It was acid. At Least Past Kuro is safe... The shield I made was made out of a certain gem that could block magic and was known for being indestructible. Meanwhile, I was holding in the pain from each drop that hit me. My skin was melting and dissolving by every second. My bones could be seen. If I don't react then I could potentially die here... I conjured up the strength to charge towards Corrosis to make him stop this painful rain. He smirked and simply played with me. Everytime I tried to reach him, he would dodge while maintaining a smirk on his face. I am no toy to be played with. It's no use to attack him if I keep on getting hit by the rain... My skin was starting to disappear. I need to dodge these droplets. And I know exactly how. I backed up for now and kept my distance as far away as possible from Corrosis. "Aww... The king is tired..." Corrosis said with a teasing voice. "No matter what you do it's useless... You can't dodge these droplets while catching me." Corrosis's voice turned into a prideful tone. That's where he's wrong. "You heard of a lot of speed names have you? Some of them tried to run away from the rain but failed..." I said with a calm voice while the rain was still pouring down on me. Corrosis looked confused and started to laugh. "Even if you did run... It would be impossible since the rain is everywhere around you." His prideful tone stayed but this time his smirk grew wider. I guess it's time I use my skill. "What if... speed didn't exist?" I asked Corrosis. His smirk faded as I said this. I started to move in one place. It was as if my body was vibrating. After awhile the vibrate stop and Corrosis looked at me with fear. I wasn't being affected by his acidic rain. "But... how?" He said in fear while backing up from me. I smirked as he shook in fear. "Speed is an ideology... It has no limits... And now here I am... Feast your eyes on something I perfected. The meaning of speed." I said as I stood still in one place. Corrosis started to run away deeper into the woods. Before he could run away, he was punched in the gut by someone. I stood still and smirked as he looked back. "How?" He asked as he started to cry a bit. I simply smiled and replied with the answer. "When something is the meaning of speed... You won't see their movements. I am currently moving faster and faster by the second but you only see me standing still... In this form I am practically invisible to any eyes. I hoped that answered your little question Corrosis." I smirked as I slowly started to approach him. He started to crawl to safety but I stepped on his hand before he could move away. He looked at me with teary eyes while I looked down at him with a smirk. "Tell me... why is the magister here?" I said as I put more pressure onto my feet. Corrosis looked at me with those teary eyes of his. If he wants pity then I am not giving him it. But my mind went blank when he would start to giggle and chuckle. "What's so funny?" I asked him as I tilted my head. "You no brain thinker... Do you really think he's here for past him?" He said while he laughed. So I was wrong? I looked back and saw that Past Kuro and Past Athanatos were missing. At this point I already know the answer about why he's here... He's not here to be corrupted... he's here because he wants me to join him in chaos at an early stage. As I looked back at Corrosis, I noticed that he was smiling wide. "Behind you" He said with a wide smirk. Two words. Two words made me feel fear. I was convinced to look behind me so I did. The last thing I saw was the figure of The Chaos Knight before I was knocked out unconscious. Everything went dark.
