Liam was stunned. He couldn't believe that people were spreading such ridiculous rumors. He and Damian were just friends, nothing more. But the thought of Damian being his boyfriend, the thought of them living together, sent a shiver of excitement down his spine. He felt a strange mix of anger and confusion. He was angry that people were spreading these rumors, but he couldn't help but feel a flicker of hope that maybe, just maybe, they weren't so far-fetched.
Liam: And how come you knew and I don't have any clue about this?
Xavier: I don't know, maybe the way that you guys always together and hangout with each other... Who wouldn't think about that?
Liam: We're just friends, nothing more...
Xavier: Who are you, Adrien Agreste? You sure about that... teasing Liam
Liam: You shouldn't jump to conclusions about that. If we're together, you're the first to know.
Xavier: Well, I am your only friend anyways. Let's just go to class.
Liam: No, you're not. I have two friends, you and Damian.
Xavier: Which is soon to be your boyfriend~ So that means I'm your only friend.
Liam: Whatever, just go to class. I'm going to find someone first.
Xavier: Sure~, Go find your boyfriend...
Liam: Stop teasing me will you!
Xavier: Just don't be late for class. We have a history quiz later.
Liam: Sure, gotta go.
Liam turned and walked away, his mind racing. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was different between him and Damian. He felt a strange pull towards him, a connection he couldn't explain. He was both excited and scared. Excited about the possibility of something more, but scared of what it might mean.
He spotted Damian talking with a group of friends, his laughter ringing through the hallway. Liam's heart skipped a beat. He wondered if Damian knew about the rumors. He wondered if Damian felt the same way he did.
