1995

The people in 1995 are all sitting around lazily eating breakfast. It's way too early for their liking, but Mrs. Weasley insisted that they get up and get a move on with their day.

"Lily." Lily hears, and is startled by the whisper. What was that?! She looks around from her spot next to Cassie, bewildered as everyone is having their own conversations, not paying her any mind.

"Lily." the red headed little girl hears again. She tugs on Cassie's arm, pulling the blonde girl from her conversation with James and Harry.

"What is it, love?" Cassie asks. The little girl looks scared out of her mind, and it's really worrying Cass.

"Can you hear someone saying my name? I can, but no one's saying it!" Lily explains. Cassie looks confused, but listens intently anyways.

"Lily." the two hear. Cassie looks alarmed, but quickly schools her expression. She doesn't want to scare the little girl.

"It doesn't sound like it's coming from anyone in here." Cassie reasons. "It sounds like it's coming from you."

Lily gasps as she remembers the mirror her dad gave her. She pulls it out of her pocket and sees the picture of her dad.

"Daddy!" the little girl exclaims, gaining everyone's attention. They all looked at the little girl confused, until the kids from the future realized what she was talking to.

"Lils! Thank Merlin you're okay!" Harry says through the mirror.

"We're okay, daddy! We're with our family!" Lily says. Harry looks confused, but goes along with it anyways.

"That's great, sweetheart. Can I talk to one of your brothers?"

"Yeah!" Lily says, and tries to hand the mirror to James. The boy looked panicked and started shaking his head. Lily looked confused but handed it to Albus instead.

"Al! Hey, son. What the bloody hell happened?" Harry asks.

"Well... it's a long story." Albus says, a little hesitantly.

Suddenly, Harry's face disappears and is replaced with Ginny looking sternly through the mirror.

"Albus Severus Potter! Tell us what the bloody hell happened right this instant!" Ginny screams, sounding alarmingly like her mother.

The look of fear in Al's eyes is obvious. "U-um, well, J-James and Cassie were in dad's office looking for something, and me and Scorp went looking for them. We accidentally knocked something off of dad's desk and it started smoking and then we all disappeared then landed on the floor at home, but it's not really home cause it's all dark and kind of evil looking and then all these people started swarming us and it turns out that it's actually the past versions of you guys." Al explains, seemingly as fast as possible as to not upset his mother further.

Ginny took a deep breath as to control her anger. "Please give the mirror to James." she said, dangerously calm.

Al made eye contact with James, who was making frantic gestures telling Al not to.

"I'm not here!" James whisper yells. "No! Tell her I'm not here!"

"James! I can hear you!" Ginny shouts. James deflates and reaches for the mirror from his brother. Al hands it over, not envying the scolding his older brother is about to get.
