A Typical Time Turner Mishap

The Spell

All the parents made a plan to meet and Grimauld Place to see if they had anything. So far, they were all there except for Hermione. And they were all empty handed.

They had no idea how they were going to get their kids back. They didn't even know how they could get back to the last that far.

Suddenly, Hermione bursts through the door, out of breath. She grinned at everyone and held up a small piece of parchment.

"I've got it!" she proclaimed to the room. This caught everyone's attention and they all jumped up from their seats.

"What do you mean you've got it?" George asks his sister-in-law. Hermione just grins.

"I went to see Kingsley and he had all these books on time travel that he had confiscated from criminals. We looked through them and then he found a spell! If we recite this spell and specify when and where we want to go, as well as throw down the dust from the time turner like it's floo powder, it'll take us!" the bushy haired girl explains.

The adults all start celebrating before Hermione remembers something. "Wait! Not all of us can go. Given how little of the time turner dust we have left, and the fact that we still have to bring the kids back wit us, I'd say only about five of us can go."

The adults all look deep in thought as they take in what she said. Eventually, they narrow it down to Hermione, Ron, Harry, and Draco going. And they're all deciding who should take the last spot.

"I think George should go." Ginny says. The man in question looks a little surprised. They all know why Ginny volunteered her brother, and they all agree that he should go.

George nods at them all with a tearful but thankful smile. Hermione smiles and lifts up the spell in one hand and the time turner dust in the other.

Hermione started reciting a spell in Latin, something no one could decipher. She finished the incantation, then threw the dust on the floor. The people who weren't going to the past stepped back, making sure to stay clear of the blast.

The group going to the past landed in a heap on the floor, all on top of one another. After a few moments, the door to the room they were in was slammed open.

"Who the bloody hell are you?"
