Ringo has been walking around for what felt like an eternity, and a voice singing a random tune catches him off guard at one point.

"Huh, it's probably just random children playing." Said Ringo. What he doesn't know is he's being watched by a strange looking monkey in the trees. It's grey on most of its body, has a bit of white on the sides of its head, and blue on its cheeks. It's also carrying a staff.

Luckily for the drummer, a sign came into view, telling him where he is.

Welcome to California!

"Well now, I remember coming here with the lads during our second tour of America! But I don't remember it looking so... empty." Ringo said. The same thing he heard earlier occurs again.

Ringo looks up and sees the monkey that's been watching him. "Come on. Will you cut it out?" He said. "Can't cut it out. It'll grow right back!" Said the monkey. It spoke in a male voice and laughs, much to the drummer's annoyance.

"Creepy little monkey. Will you stop following me? Who are you?" Asked Ringo as he tried walking away. "The question is, who are you?" The monkey asked. "I asked you first." Ringo said. "Well, I know who you are. Shhh. Come here. It's a secret." Said the monkey.

The drummer leans close to the monkey, but he instead sings his random tune again.

"Ugh! Enough already! What's that supposed to mean anyway?" Asked Ringo in an annoyed tone. "It means you're a baboon... and I'm not." Said the monkey. He laughs again.

Ringo rolls his eyes. "Typical. I'm going around asking for help, but instead I get teased by a monkey... that talks!" He said as his annoyance becomes shock. "Ol' Rafiki isn't trying to tease you, he's just having a bit of fun." The monkey said.

"Rafiki? Is that your name?" Ringo asked. "Yes, and you're Ringo Starr, drummer of a band called the Beatles." Said Rafiki. "Blimey, you do know who I am! For a moment I thought you were just pulling my leg." Said Ringo.

"I don't pull legs." Rafiki said. "It's an expression. Now, I should probably tell you how I got here so you can help me get home." Ringo said. "Go on." Said Rafiki. "There was a storm, the wind was really strong, and it carried me here." Said Ringo. "Very peculiar, don't you tink?" Rafiki asked. "Oh, it is." Ringo said.

"I'm from Africa." Said Rafiki. "An animal traveling the world? That's pretty peculiar too." Said Ringo. "Ah, but I often find places to relax." Rafiki said. "And I won't be able to do that until I get home. How do I get out of here, anyway?" Ringo asked.

Rafiki thinks for a moment. "If you got here by the wind, maybe it can bring you home." He said. "Is that even possible?" Asked Ringo. "Maybe, if you believe." Said Rafiki.
