Amanda regains her human form and retreats to her room, plopping down onto the couch and buries her face into her hands before finally starting to cry. "Why? Why?" She sobbed. The swan princess cried for a few more minutes before a gentle voice gets her attention. "Amanda?" Said the voice.

Recognizing the voice, Amanda looks up and smiles when she sees who's at the door. Her arranged fiancé, whom she's still friends with, King Liam. He's accompanied by a red-haired woman in a green dress. "Liam?" Said Amanda. Liam smiles and approaches her before the two trap themselves into a tight hug.

"Long time no see, princess." Liam said. "I know, we haven't seen each other since you told me Cassandra died." Amanda said. "Has it been that long already?" Asked Liam. "Pretty much. Wait, how did you get in here?" Asked Amanda. "Your door was open. But the real question is, why were you crying when I saw you just now?" Liam asked. "My friends and family are gone, a raging storm took them away." Amanda said.

Liam gasps. "That's awful! But I know one thing that might cheer you up a bit." He said. "What?" Asked Amanda. Liam gestures for the girl that came with him to come forward. "Hello." She said. "You must be Fallon. Liam told me a bit about you." Said Amanda. "I sure am, and you must be Princess Amanda Swan-McCartney." Said Fallon. "That's right. It's very nice to meet you." Amanda said with a curtsy. Fallon curtsies back.

"Fallon just so happens to be my wife now." Said Liam. "Really? When did you two get married?" Asked Amanda. "Remember when I said I had to find someone to be my new queen before the end of last year, or else I had to give up my crown?" Liam asked. "I remember." Amanda said. "Liam told me how poor Cassandra passed, and when he mentioned that his royal status was at stake, I felt so bad for him." Fallon said.

Amanda puts her hand on her chest. "I didn't have to look very long, because I remembered when I developed feelings for Fallon during our teen years." Said Liam. "I may have fallen for him in return, but in truth, I was promised to marry someone else years back." Said Fallon. "You were? To who?" Asked Amanda. "A prince named Amir. On the day of our wedding, I actually left him at the alter when the bishop asked me if I'd take Amir as my husband." Fallon said. "Whoa, that's huge!" Amanda said. "This was two years ago, she told me herself." Liam said.

"Though I tried all I could to break things off with Amir, my parents wouldn't allow it, and neither would he. But leaving him at the alter knocked some sense into my parents, they finally understood I didn't deserve to be unhappy." Said Fallon. "You know, it kinda reminds me of when my mother in-law tried making me marry Liam that time." Said Amanda. "I told her that story as well." Said Liam.

Fallon giggles. "Anyway, Liam asked me to marry him towards the end of last September, and we had our wedding in November. My coronation followed after, and now here I am, Queen Fallon of Cordonia." She said. "I'm so happy for you both!" Amanda said. "Thanks, Amanda. Now let's tone the happiness down a notch. You said your friends and family members were carried off by a storm?" Liam asked. Amanda nods sadly. "Was there a tornado?" Fallon asked.

Amanda shakes her head. "It was raining, thundering, and the wind was extremely strong. I didn't see any sign of tornadoes. Although I wish I knew where everyone is." She said. "What are their names, your friends and family members?" Asked Fallon. "There's Justin, Alex, and Max Russo, they're my best friends. Then we have John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, they're in a band called the Beatles." Said Amanda. "Paul must be your husband, since his last name is hyphenated in yours." Fallon said. "He is, yes. Finally, there's Queen Odette, my sister, and her husband, King Derek, my brother in-law." Amanda said.

"You guys must be close." Said Fallon. "We are. But I hope they're all okay, wherever the storm took them." Said Amanda. "Well, lucky for you, princess, Fallon said she's been wanting a taste of adventure since... well, forever. So if you need help finding your friends and family, we'll do it." Said Liam.

A smile appears on Amanda's face. "You will?" She asked. "Of course! Like Liam said, I haven't been on any fun adventures, mostly boring ones with Amir. Now that he's out of my life forever, I can finally breathe, which also includes my first taste of adventure with someone who makes me feel alive!" Fallon said. "Thank you so much!" Amanda said.
