Toshiro Maki is a farmer from the Edo Period (between 1603 – 1867), looking to bring down the daimyo, the Samurai landlord of the land in Misawa, Aomori, Japan after no longer putting up with the poor treatment done to him and his family.
One day, as he was working in the fields to produce crops for his family, Maki was whipped in the back, but as he was on the ground, a very beautiful girl would catch his eye, as she would have samurai gear underneath a kimono, along with an eyepatch on her right eye, looking so gorgeous and so very beautiful.
Maki would come to learn that her name is Yuka Yasukawa, the daughter of the Daimyo, who would walk around and watch the farmers, villagers, and peasants from her bedroom.
Feeling like it's his mission to convince her to come with him and rebel against her father, Toshiro would run away from the farmlands and look to visit her in the night time, confessing his feelings for her while a rebellion was brewing among the land, leading to the formation of the ninja.
The question is, how would Yuka react to the boy's confession, and would she join him?
For context on who she is, Act Yasukawa is a professional wrestler from Actwres girl'Z in Japan, who's moniker "The Drunken Samurai" has won over many fans where she would enter in samurai inspired gear and a kimono with an eyepatch to cover up the disease in her right eye she still has ever since she was a child, (she put that into her character by the way), and drink and spit out sake towards the fans as a part of her entrance.
While Act was a prodigy in the world of wrestling in 2012, one infamous moment scarred the Japanese wrestling scene and it still does to this day, "The Ghastly Match", which is Act Yasukawa taking on Yoshiko where Act would end up being bloodied and her face would be badly damaged where her cheek, nasal, and orbital bone would be fractured, causing her to retire from the industry in 2015.
Obviously, I'm not gonna show what she looked like after getting her face caved in by Brock Lesnar's long lost daughter, but fun fact, she's still wrestling today as she returned in 2021, to wrestle for Actwres girl'Z now instead of Stardom.
Today, she looks just as gorgeous as she was back then, and if you need proof, then here you go!
So how does this story tie into Act's character? Well, I wanted to give some context on who she is before I dive into where she got inspiration for her gimmick, and that would be when the ninjas were in a Guerrila war with the Samurai and the Daimyo in feudal Japan.
And with Act wanting to be a samurai as a child, it wouldn't happen early on, but it more than made up for it with her taking kendo classes, similar to the samurai lifestyle and the gimmick Yasukawa would incorporate into wrestling, if that makes any sense.
Act's current ring gear is translucent into the way it was worn in that era, and the eyepatch on her right eye would be a nice touch as it covered up the Grave's Disease and near-blindness she still has today.
The Samurai and Ninjas were at war with each other between 16th and 18th centuries, so I thought taking the Drunken Samurai gimmick into the Edo Era, where Act wanted to become a samurai, basically making her dream come true in a sense, but only in a story, and I think this would make her happy if she ever saw this, right?
So, yeah, I thought you guys might like this idea for a story because I really think this works well when done right and if you guys are interested, let me know!
