"RED ROSE"

The thunder rolling across the skies
Doesn't help to make my nervousness fly
Every time the lightning strikes
I got to see the strangers eyes

One so dark and bottomless
It's like I'm tied and getting pulled by a rope but I could not care less
The other one, an ice blue so light
It's nearly white and can make anyone lose their sight

His aura shouts danger, but I don't know why I keep to stand still
There's a distinct part of me that finds the thrill
I always wait for his arrival
Carrying a knife to ensure my safety for survival

I didn't mean it to happen
But the moment I looked back, something caught my eye so sudden
Without permission, my feet moved until they're glued to the cement
Looking at a woman's picture, and right there I know i'm captured by her face which is innocent

I always give her a gift, a red rose
For it will represent my unceasing love for her, it'll continually flows
I'm mesmerized by her smile
And I sometimes imagine her walking slowly on the aisle

I may appear dangerous because of the way I admire her, but my love for her is true
Well I'm indeed a dangerous man, when somebody wants her too, I made sure to kill them and make them stand first on the queue
I loathe it when someone touches her even just in her hand
And every time someone does, I always ensure that they won't have again the ability to stand

I can manipulate the emotions of anyone
But him, I even plead for how many times? Twenty-one?
But somehow, I can't look away
Now when I want him to come closer, and I know, this is something out of my dismay

I didn't mean to fall in love with her
But now that I am, I'll do everything to make her mine forever
I'll keep on giving her roses with cut thorns, as I wait for the right time
Offering all I have and patiently praying to the sky to make her mine
