Another Stressful Week! Whew!
I sure could pass out from all this accumulated stress. Trust me.

As I dropped flat on my fluffy bed, I knew there was no turnback from sleep.

Ironically, I laid for hours, watching the motion of the rotating fan. Seeing that i had lost the battle against sleep, this felt right to do.

It was in the process, Mr. Waitor boy called. It was as if God knew I needed this, Emancipation from sleeplessness.

We spoke and spoke for hours and hours. Primarily, about how i handled Zama and Mulapo's affair. He admitted that he'd never meet it with such maturity as i did.

Speaking to this waitor boy was just amazing. I realized he had a very powerful school of thoughts. The way he dissected mind raking issues easily caused me to marvel.

I learnt he was in big time on charity. That was something I'd been thinking of doing lately. There's some sense of joy and fulfilment giving back to society, and I sure didn't want to miss out on any channels of joy.

We spoke and spoke for hours, not wanting to stop. I invited him for lunch tomorrow. Of course, he needed to update his yoruba culinary.

As we bid goodbye, my eyes closed in unison for a peaceful rest ahead of the night.

Mr. Waitor boy is so much of the lullaby now, huh?

The night was peaceful, and I had a beautiful sleep. I woke up with renewed energy and decided to start making lunch quickly.

Since Capetown was alien to most of the yoruba foods, I decided to do Dundun and dada accompanied with Suya.

In just a matter of time, I was done.
Finito. Everything came off beautiful. The food, the table, the fragrance, everything!

I moved on to get ready.
I needed to look presentable, not overly dressed, you know, something more subtle.

Then he arrived. On time, too!

At first, I was so shy, so shakey. I had to take a time out and program my head back to order.

We enjoyed the meal. He expressed so much delight with the suya especially.
I was glad everything went smoothly as planned.

Interestingly, he pushed to help me clear up. We ended up doing the dishes together while enjoying tunes from Joeboy.

By the time we were done clearing up, it was four. We decided to just lounge around till six. Then we'd get off to Reece.

Again, we did much of the talking spree.
This time, it didn't last long because Mrs. Tired Lawyer girl fell asleep.

Surprisenly!

Guess where?

Yes. Exactly! The oddest of places!

His arms felt so warm, so safe, so assuring. Something I'd never experienced before.

I don't know what happened next, All I could feel within my closed eyes were his muscular arms wrapped  over me and his warm breath engulfing my innermost being.

And that was it.
