My eyes slowly parted open, following the radiance from the rising sun.
I gave a loud yawn and flung myself lazily out of bed.
As programmed, i walked straight up to my wardbrobe to fix an outfit for the day. As the cooperate baddie that i am, some things are just not negotiable.
That was when it hit.
How'd i get on my bed?
When did i wear my pyjamas?
I remember floral dress, Bekhizizwe, dinner, couch...Oh my God?
I rushed to the washroom to check myself.
What the....
Thank God! Thank God!
But seriously, what the....
How did i change clothes?"Oh, you're awake!?"
Bhekizizwe?
What are you doing here? In my room?My "mama said dont talk to strangers." Instinct was right at it.
"Calm down, geez! Breakfast?"He, as usual, composed, asked
I threw him a really nigga look and folded my arms sassily.
"Okay, okay...
So you slept off in my arms
I didnt want to disturb, you looked tired
Then my biceps started crying for help...
so i had to move you here.....
The food, Your dress was tight, you looked uncomfortable
I had to intervene, so i changed it
I wanted to leave but I couldnt lock you up in your own house. Plus my phone was dead,it was late and your couch was comfy. Yah, thats the story""Now breakfast..."
I smiled wearily and he led the way.
Trust me this guy is food gooood.
My God! This, in place of coffee and sandwich! Anyday. We spoke and spoke and ate as well.
Honestly, breakfast was a 10/10That was how i realized it was 10am and I was awfully late for work.
I didnt want to leave his "warm company" for a boring workday at Vehze.
Plus, my life needed some straying, ive been serious for way too long."Ziz, whats the plan for the day", i sarcastically asked him
He threw a wry smirk
"What would you want to do, mi lady?"And this was how we made a long list of activities for the day.
For the first time, i called in sick and "sharpally sharpally" i had the day off.In no time, i was out on the streets of Capetown with Bhekizizwe, enjoying street food and music praying hard not to be spotted.
Ziz was just it for me
He was so calm and humble
He opened doors for me and gently held my hand as often as possible
He had this calm aura that Gosh,I'd so die for. Contrastingly, he had this commanding atmosphere, as though he was a Commander in Chief. We went paintballing and race cart driving.
We had lunch at a Chinese resturant in the heart of Capetown. As if not enough, he insisted to take me chocolate tasting. Gosh!
We did some sight seeing of the beautiful enscarpments and mountainsThen it was night.
He pulled up right infront of my doorway."Hope you enjoyed today!?"
I smiled, trying maintain composure and not burst out with all the excitement that was within
"Thank you for changing my pyjamas, I had fun", i replied and then he laughed.
I undid my seatbelt ready to open the door.
It was locked."Ziz?", I calmly called out.
"Thank you?, seriously Lawyer girl?", he playfully asked.
I stared playfully at his lips. He did too.
Dead silence fell.He reached out and in no time we were lips deep. He placed his palm on my slender cheek and i greatly enjoyed him.
He smelled so powerfully. I could stay like this all day.
We pulled away. Then he stared into my eyes.
"Tami, I love you, let me be your man"I smiled and stepped out of the car.
