Today, I was up early and ready for work.
Zama complemented my extra radiance this morning. I could only smile, "You have no idea, hunny."The day sneaked by really fast
I couldn't wait to speak to Zizwe again. It was like as though my whole being was waiting in anticipation for him
I could hardly keep my mind straight."No, madam, you're concluding too early," I told Zama clearly as she listened to the premium gist i had to offer.
I freshened up from work and got comfy holding my phone in anticipation for Ziz's call.
None came through, just my phone beeping from text messages. I scrolled absent mindedly on Ig, but I'm still hoping, though it was getting really late
Then I received a message,
"Hey, busy shift today, can I call"Excitement was an understatement.
I readily replied, and in no time, we were talking heartily about everything everything. It was dawn, and i couldn't believe i sat speaking to a boy for 6+ hours.
This is definitely a record for the books
Not even in any case have i had to work with. Did i speak this long"Girl, what's happening."
We spoke about yesterday night.
I told him I'm unsure about my emotions, and right now, i just wanted to focus on myself and my career. He didn't push further.
God knows how bad i wish i could just say yes and do more things.
I won't chicken out on this one, i do have feelings for Bhekizizwe
But things were happening too fast.
This guy is a waiter for crying out loud
I mean, I'm trying hard not to have a repeat of what happened with Yuri.Ah, well!?
Soon, really, really soon, the walls of Routine and Culture were being built with Bhekizizwe as an integral part of it all.
A day could hardly go by without us speaking. It was as though this guy was made for me.For a guy on the waitor's salary, this guy took me out too frequently. He spoilt me with so much money and expensive gifts.
I just couldn't believe it.
I spoke to him about my past, and he did, too.
We both have had it hard with love
He was so sorry for me and wondered why Yuri could do something. I'm really grateful for such an experience because it has made me meet really lovely people. It was pure vibes with Mr. Wine guy.
We normalized visiting each other.
He'd always bring me wine and, of course good good company.I spent a couple of nights at his place.
His apartment again was too plush for a waitor. It was really well kept, too, and i loved visiting him.Mr. Bhekizizwe,i think you've got yourself a catch!
