I woke up in my bed with little to no memory of the night before. I just remembered taking Veritaserum, finding out what Oliver said, then at some point pounding back shots to forget whatever happened next. It worked I guess because the only thing I can think about right now is making the pounding in my head go away.
"Oh my Merlin please kill me." I groaned walking into the kitchen to find Harry.
"Funny, we're both immune to death." Harry smarted handing me a plate of pancakes.
"You're immune to death, get the story right." I said sitting down at the table next to Ginny.
"You had quite the night." Ginny giggled next to me.
"Ugh how bad was I?" I cringed. "More importantly what do you know?"
"I know Oliver is a raging douchebag and you let him know it." She said. "I also know, for some reason, Draco Malfoy let him know it."
Draco? Let him know? Holy. Shit. Oh please no.
All the memories from the hallway came rushing back to me. Draco's hands on me, my dirty confession, moaning his name. Oh my goodness I'm gonna vomit up these pancakes. No seriously, I ran to the trashcan and threw up.
"Geez Oliver messed you up this bad? Do I need to have a word with him?" Harry said defensively as he held my hair back.
"Oh my gosh please no." I said leaning up and wiping my mouth.
"This is why I never wanted the two of you to be involved in the first place. He is a player, and now I have to fight with my team captain." Harry huffed as if it was an authorized duty.
"Oliver and I will be fine Harry, I'm not even upset." I rolled my eyes. "I'm definitely not hooking up with him again, but we'll be fine."
"You literally just vomited at the reminder of what he did." Harry spoke giving me a glare.
"No I just vomited because I took way too many shots last night." I retaliated, feeling nauseous at the mention of alcohol. "I just need a quiet day away from any drama. A good Sunday reset."
"Yeah good luck resetting last night, sounds like you were only just getting started." Ginny said under her breath smirking. I gave her a questionable look before deciding to talk about whatever piece of information she might have after my brother isn't within hearing.
Harry thought Oliver was bad, if he had any idea what happened between Draco and I he would be furious. Which is why he will never know and it will never happen again.
"Well I am going to grab a coffee and go to the library." I said leaving to go to my room and change out of my pajamas. I threw on my uniform, brewed a cup, and brought some study materials to my spot in the library.
It was nice and quiet at first, until someone else sat down in front of me. All he did was sit there and stare at me, waiting for me to talk first, so I smiled awkwardly and looked back down at my books.
"Ahem." Draco fake coughed.
"Do you have something to say?" I asked as nonchalant as I could pretend to be, not looking up from my spot in the book.
"Don't play that game." He rolled his eyes. I stared at the same line pretending to read, but I was really just trying to come up with a game plan. Right now, it was to pretend I truly didn't remember a thing, which meant I had to seem completely unfazed.
"Care to enlighten me." I said looking up at him blankly.
"Last night." He whispered.
"Merlin Draco it's bad enough you blew up my thing with Oliver, but now you need to rub it in?" I scoffed, putting on my best show.
"What? I'm not talking about that." He said, really seeming confused. Good.
"Well after you did that to me I took as many shots as my body would let me, yet sadly I still remember." I shrugged my shoulders. "So any event that took place after you're gonna have to remind me."
"Nothing." He spoke dully. "Absolutely nothing." He walked away seeming angry. I began to feel sort of bad for lying, but then I remembered who I was dealing with here. He just wanted me to be another one of his girls, just like Oliver. Not gonna happen.
After I finished my studying I packed my things and began to walk back to the dorms, but someone grabbed my arm and pulled me down a corridor. Draco grabbed my things and dropped them to the ground before pinning me against the wall.
"You're lying to me." He spoke with both my arms trapped in his hands above my head.
"Excuse me?" I muttered.
"You remember exactly what happened last night." He spoke confidently.
"You're right, I remember you blowing up my fling with Ollie-"
"Holy shit if you bring that up again I'm gonna punch my fist into this brick." He scolded, stopping me. "You remember."
"Remember what?" I sighed. His free hand began to caress my waist the same way he did last night and my body reacted.
"I know you remember because you haven't once tried to fight me off." He smirked. "At the very least your body remembers what it's like to be touched by me and it wants more. You want more."
"I don't know what you're talking about." I fought.
"Fine. Need me to remind you?" His hand began to trail down my skirt. I snapped out of it and pushed him off once he reached the hem.
"No, no this cannot happen again." I demanded.
"So you do remember." He smirked leaning back against the wall behind him.
"Merlin yes I remember, happy?" I broke. "I had just dumped Oliver, I had shots in my system, you gave me that stupid truth serum and what happened is done."
"Done as in.." He smiled leaning his head in.
"Done as in never. Gonna. Happen. Again." I spoke firmly. "It can't"
"And why not?" He asked still smiling as though not taking me seriously.
"Because I just got my heart broken. I don't need to start something else." Okay that may have been a bit of an exaggeration.
"Yeah right, save it Potter." He scoffed completely unconvinced. "If you're too scared just say that, I'll take my services elsewhere."
"My point exactly, I would never sleep with anyone as slimy as you." I rolled my eyes and began to walk away when his arm grabbed me.
"Watch it Potter. You'll come back for more, let's not pretend otherwise. And the more attitude you give me until then, the less gentle I'll be." He said frustrated before letting go and storming off.
