60. Ritual

The room was dark, dark, dark the two children were locked in the room and they had no clue what time of day it was and they were getting scared, they just wanted to get home was it hours, days or weeks that they had been there in that small room that they could only work out was a coat cupboard it was just that small they had been moved from the slightly bigger one to this one as in Wulburga's eyes it was too good for them and so the smaller one was where they were

"Reg I'm scared, what do they want?"

"I don't know Ami I really don't"

"I want to go home I want my parents" she started crying into his arms as he held her

They had watched each other get Crucio'd as well as hit with many different spells before being flung back into the cupboard that they were in, nothing seemed to be going their way it was if their talks was anything to go about after their abuse

Regulus was sporting a broken arm, leg and a nose and Amalia was sporting broken leg and knee, dislocated shoulder and broken fingers, they were also covered in cuts and bruises they were giving a potion to help with the pain but their broken bones.... they couldn't careless

"The boy needs to bend to our will if we want to get his magic" was all Regulus heard before drifting off to unconsciousness just like Amalia had done

Hours later the door was opened light flooded in and Wulburga smirked she could see the pain that they were in but until Regulus became submissive they wouldn't stop it was the only way the ritual would be easier and the girl well her magic was needed for this

"Mummy is happy she does hope that her shining star will bend to her will soon" she lent forward into the cupboard and kissed him full on the lips biting them to taste the sweet sweet nectar that was his blood surging with power

"Just perfect" she licked her lips and stood up before waking both up

They gasped and groaned as they were brought to full wakefulness forcibly a set of silver grey blue and aqua sort out the stormy grey that was Wulburga's both paled they knew what was going to happen next and screamed when she pulled them up by their hair once again

She threw them into the bigger room where she tied Regulus up with chains attached to the walls

"Shining star mummy only wants what's best for you and if you don't obey mummy little Greengrass here is only going to get hurt" as she said this she brought Amalia to a Runetic circle and placed her into the centre and smiled at it all she then looked around making sure nothing was out of place

"What are you doing to Amalia?"

"Oh baby boy I just want some of her magic that's all you see it needs to be fresh other wise we can't do the ritual that we need to do to help you become the Head of the House of ----- that's all now stay there why mummy is busy think of it as a time out for being a naughty child"

 "Let us go" said Amalia in the circle but Wulburga ignored her and went about checking everything again and then waited for Dumbles to join her

It took and hour but he finally turned up humming and offered her a lemon drop which she declined she hated sweets at the best of times and now she had teamed up with the sweet tooth idiot that was the Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to say the least

"Ah we are ready then my dear well done you know this will hurt right?" he asked as he popped in another lemon drop

"Of course I bloody know anything to get back into House ----- that's all I want at this moment and once Regulus learns that everything will go to plan!" she huffed like a naughty school girl getting told off

He sighed at the woman in front of him and then went over to Regulus hanging on the wall

"Well my dear boy you are in a predicament aren't you? either you help us or Miss Greengrass dies it's up to you?"

"Kill me then you won't have to worry"

"No my dear boy you don't understand we need you alive Miss Greengrass here is just an extra if you will"

"Let us go?!"

"No my boy do you think after 7 days if they cared they would have gotten to you two now but I haven't seen hide or hair of your father or Miss Greengrass' family looking for you but I do have a surprise for you but after this..." he turned and started chanting

The circle glowed and Amalia started screaming her blood boiling under the ritual he skin burning with the chant the light becoming bright and getting brighter Regulus wanted to cover his eyes but he was chained up he screamed for Amalia to be alright but then he saw a colour that was magic itself pouring out of Amalia and into his bitch of a mother

"NO AMALIA!!!"

Dumbles chanted more getting quicker and quicker as he continued more magic was taken from Amalia but then it all but stopped the magic stopped pouring out of the 9 year old and the back lash from it sent Dumbles flying into the wall while Wulburga screamed the magic settled around her not once did the magic of Amalia go into her body

"AMALIA AMALIA!!!" screamed Regulus as he tried to get out of the chains but he couldn't he was out right crying heartfelt wrecking sobs where heard but Amalia didn't move one bit she was again  

"No Amalia I... Amalia..."

"Shut it you damn brat!" said Dumbles getting up from the ground

"It's only a matter of time to get that child's magic out of her and into your mother to complete the Ritual of Power Gain is complete...." he looked but it seemed that the magic just didn't want to settle into Wulburga and he checked everything over as Regulus continued to struggle

"I don't know what happened the child is powerful enough to have her magic taken from her and placed into another body by why won't...."

A baby cry was heard and Regulus stopped his struggling and paled knowing that cry anywhere it was
