64. The Tianlong Peverell Dragon

Everyone was sitting in the room across from the mates Errikos wrapped around them in a much smaller form but he was still 12ft tall he was protecting his mates and wouldn't let them go he could sense his 3 children across the hallway and knew that they were safe but he was missing his youngest hatchlings and kept growling wanting them back but he was listening....

Listening about his history for one as Verjo never told him about it at all and he wanted to know more than anything

Euphemia sat in the room everyone around her and waited for her to tell them just what the Tianlong was....

"Well mum you going to tell us or am I going to have to touch the big scary dragon in the other room?" said James as he got up

"You will do not such thing James Fleamont Potter you sit down for once and listen to me" he sat down and hung his head to his mother this was the first time she had raised her voice to him in 11 years

Everyone was shocked at her they had never heard the quiet mannered woman raise her voice before 

"Well now lets start the story of the Tianlong of House Peverell..." she smiled at everyone warmly

"It all started with the Peverell brothers back in the 13th century as we all know the tale about them meeting Death at the river that they were meant to drown in and how they got the Deathly Hallows... the Elder wand known as The Deathstick or The wand of Destiny it was bestowed upon Antioch Peverell the oldest brother said to be the most powerful wand known to man, it has been passed through many witches and wizards due to the power each one either dying or losing due to never mastering it, Death plucked a branch off the Elder tree by the river itself

Next was Resurrection Stone which brings back loved ones temporarily from the dead it was bestowed upon Cadmus Peverell the middle brother and it was passed down the Gaunt lineage which happen to be a branch family of Salazar Slytherin himself, Death picked up a stone from the river and lastly the youngest brother

Lastly was the Cloak of Invisibility or better known as The Invisibility Cloak which allowed anyone to hide even from death himself the cloak is said to be made out Death's very own cloak it was bestowed upon the youngest brother Ignotus Peverell which was passed down through his very own daughter who later married into..."

This was when James cut in "my family!" he looked very smug over that

"The Cloak hasn't been in our family for a generation sadly it ended up returning to the Peverell family" said Fleamont as they all looked at Errikos in the other room

"As I was saying before I was interrupted legend says if you united the three Deathly Hallows together you would become the Master of Death but sadly no one has ever did"

"And the dragon?" asked Callidora as she looked back at Errikos again

"Well..." said Euphemia to them

"The family had always had dragon blood in them due to an experiment with their ancestors I think in the 9th century I couldn't mind much information about it but it is said that only one Tianlong is ever born within the family and only in great times off need

Tianlong means Heavenly Dragon, there are a flying dragon Chinese Mythology and a star in Chinese Astrology, Tian means heaven and long means dragon or sky or god.

The name was first used together in Zhou Dynasty 1122BCE- 256BCE writings but the name Tianlong wasn't recorded until the Han Dynasty 207BCE-220CE it was somewhere in the 9th century that one of the Peverell ancestors mated with a Tianlong humanoid and so the Tianlong blood was passed down

Each child of the family was tested but nothing came about but their magic was stronger than anyone could comprehend and it only got worse when the Peverell brothers met Death at that fateful river as if to test them...

Each member all have a mark... a birthmark if you will but the one with the awakened Tianlong blood would have a lighting bolt on their forehead due to an injury that the first child of dragon blooded Peverell sustained when they were but a child..." she sipped her tea and didn't finish

"Well anymore about Papa's family" asked Sirius practically dancing from one foot to the other in a very ungentlemanly for someone of the Black family

"Sadly that is all we know in the dragon reserves their story is there and they are the only family ever to have dragon blood in them and it has been seen that if a member of the Peverell family ever came to one of them the dragons will bow even if they haven't awakened the blood the dragons just know"

"So me, Reggie and Luc won't be able to but Len, Kam and Aqua can?! no fair!" said Sirius as he laid on the floor this made his grandfather frown he didn't want the Heir of the family acting like that it was unbecoming

"Sadly your brothers won't neither will your sister, they may carry the blood but as Errikos is the dragon now another won't appear for who knows how long, like I said only one ever awakens the blood at any given time"

This made Sirius pout but understood somewhat

"So you think Wulberga and Dumbledore want the blood but Regulus like you said doesn't have the dragon blood so.... no way?!" said Dorea finally realising what was going to happen she covered her mouth as she dropped her cup onto the floor smashing it

Everyone looked to her in shocked wondering what she had figured out

"They want to use her don't they? they want to kill her for her blood and what of Regulus and Heir Greengrass?" said Pollux 

"Didn't you say that Regulus had strong magic? stronger than Sirius?" said Cedrella to everyone making the woman uncomforable as she had been disowned when she married Septimus Weasely

"They seem to want his magic to become stronger but Heir Greengrass not it can't be... a sacrifice!" said Marius and Lucretia at the same time

"It seems so I think the ritual they will use will most likely end the Greengrass line if you let them continue like this we can not afford to lose one of the 28 families we can't we are few in numbers as it is we can't lose a family!" said Cygnus to everyone

If it was his very own daughters on the line he wouldn't be sat her bloody talking about it he would be out there looking! he was fuming why were they just sitting here the children must be found and quickly

Errikos' large head lifted off the floor from in front of his mates and his wings started to flap as he got up slowly making everyone look at what was happening it was then that they noticed that the top half of the mansion was missing just as Errikos lifted to the sky with Abraxas and Orion on his back....

They were off to who knows where but the Black family as well as the Longbottom-Lovegood's and the Potter's had a feeling that they would find the missing children
