As days passed, Dahyun began to notice subtle shifts in Jungkook's demeanor. While he had always been active and driven in the mornings, the fire that once fueled his daily routine seemed to dim. He became quieter, less engaged, and more withdrawn. He would go through the motions—therapy sessions, light exercises, meals with the members—but something was missing. His eyes no longer held the same spark, and Dahyun couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong.

One night, as she was passing by his room, she heard the unmistakable sound of soft crying. Her heart clenched at the sound. This wasn't the Jungkook she was used to seeing—strong, resilient, always pushing forward. This was the side of him he had been trying to hide, the pain and vulnerability he kept under wraps.

Dahyun hesitated outside his door, debating whether to go in or give him space. Instead, she decided to look deeper into what could be triggering this sudden shift. Later that night, after a restless sleep, she searched online, hoping to find a clue about what might be bothering him.

And there it was.

Her ex-girlfriend had posted a new photo, this time with another guy. But what struck Dahyun wasn't just the photo—it was the announcement below. The two were collaborating on an upcoming music video, an MV that Jungkook would undoubtedly come across, if he hadn't already. Dahyun felt a mix of anger and sadness, not just for the situation but for how much it was clearly affecting him.

The next morning, before Jungkook woke up, she quietly took his phone. When he eventually came downstairs and noticed it missing, he looked confused.

"Dr. Kim," Jungkook started, his brow furrowing slightly. "Have you seen my phone?"

Dahyun didn't hesitate as she handed him his breakfast. "I have it, Mr. Jeon," she said calmly. "For now, I think it's best if I hold onto it. Until you're feeling better."

Jungkook's expression shifted, a mixture of surprise and confusion. "Why? I'm fine..."

"You're making progress, yes," Dahyun replied gently, her voice steady but firm. "But I don't want any negative news to disrupt that progress. I think limiting distractions is necessary for your emotional well-being, at least for the time being."

The other members, who were sitting around the table, looked between them, sensing the underlying tension. Jimin spoke up first, his voice careful. "I think Dr. Kim might be right, Jungkook. If something's been upsetting you, maybe it's better to take a break from the constant notifications."

Jungkook opened his mouth to protest but then closed it, sensing the collective support for Dahyun's decision. He sighed, nodding reluctantly. "Alright... fine. You can keep it, for now."

As the days went on, things slowly began to improve. Jungkook wasn't back to his old self, but the small steps forward were undeniable. His mornings became more productive, the therapy sessions more focused. The negative weight that had been dragging him down seemed to lessen. He smiled a little more, laughed a little louder, and while he wasn't fully healed, there was a sense of progress that even he couldn't deny.

Two weeks passed, and the end of Jungkook's second stage of therapy had arrived. Dahyun felt confident enough to suggest that it was time for him to re-enter the world he loved so much: music. But she knew it had to be in small, controlled steps. She wasn't going to let him dive headfirst into the chaos of the industry, not without careful planning and, of course, her by his side.

On the morning of the scheduled visit to the company, the BTS members gathered around the dining table, Jungkook among them. There was an air of excitement and nervousness, especially from Jungkook, who hadn't stepped foot in the company since everything fell apart.
