Personal Reflection

In a world filled with distractions and competing priorities, it's easy for us Young Adults to feel lost or unmotivated. (Colossians 3:23) invites us to shift our focus from earthly endeavors to a higher calling. When we approach our work, studies, or daily tasks with a mindset of serving God, it transforms everything we do into an act of worship.

Whether we're studying for exams, working on a project, or volunteering in our communities, remember that our efforts matter to God. Let this Scripture be a reminder that our motivation should stem from the desire to please Him, not just those around us.

Imagine viewing our studies as an opportunity to glorify God. When we approach our coursework or job with this mindset, it elevates our daily tasks from mundane routines to sacred acts. Nobody may see the effort we put in, but God does. This verse encourages us to find fulfillment in our work, knowing that our labor is significant in God's eyes. It challenges us to strive for excellence, regardless of the external rewards or recognition.

Lesson for us

Glorifying God in all that we do underscores the importance of aligning our daily efforts with our faith. As we engage in our tasks with diligence and purpose, we reflect God's love and grace to those around us. In (1 Corinthians 10:31) it is written: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." This verse reinforces the idea that every action, no matter how mundane, has the potential to be an offering to God when performed with the right heart. By consciously choosing to glorify God in our actions, we not only elevate the quality of our work but also inspire others to see the Divine purpose in our daily lives.

Love & Blessings, Amen! xoxo
