Chapter 4: tables.

Press conference was done, we're now on Attorney Remuetez office. We're going to talk about the child PTSD case.

"When are you going to investigate about the child's parents?" Tanong ko.

"After we gather some informations from the kid." Sagot niya.

"what kind of information is that?" Tanong ko.

"Why, when, where, and how." Tanging sagot niya.

"Ok got it. What was the latest info that you gathered from her?" Tanong ko.

"So far, nothing. Except her name, age, and when her parents started to hurt her." Sagot niya.

"And when is that?" Tanong ko.

"Apparently, she's 8 years old now. Her parents started to hurt her when she was 2 years old." Sagot niya, habang binabasa ang laman ng folder.

"She's too young. Can we interview her parents by tomorrow afternoon?" Tanong ko.

"Yeah sure, what time?" Tanong niya.

"3 o’ clock will do." Sagot ko.

"Oh sure." Sagot nito sabay tango.

"And wait, when you interviewed her last time, na notice niyo ba yung paraan niya ng sa pag salita, reaction, and behaviour. Like I mean, the way siya mag behave sa harap mo?" Tanong ko.

"That? Oh yeah, no'ng time na 'yon is aware na siyang pupunta kami sa bahay nila. No'ng dumating na kami, she seems shocked even though expected naman na pupunta kami sakanila. Alanganin niya pa kaming pinapasok sa loob ng bahay niya." Pahayag niya. Tumango ako sa kanya.

"No'ng pumasok na kayo, narooon ba yung bata sa loob?" Tanong ko.

"Yup." Sagot niya.

"What's the first thing you notice?" Tanong ko.

"I saw how scared the kid was when she saw us entered inside their house, yet she still manage not to show us her fears. She always bow her head, and the way she looked at her mother, the fear was valid on her eyes." Sagot nito.

"Paano makitungo ng mother niya sa bata? Tanong ko.

"Mahinhin, mapagkumbaba, mukhang mabait naman. Maayos naman yung pakikitungo niya sa bata." Sagot niya.

"Direct to the eye ba siya tumingin sa'yo while nakikipag-usap? And the way na naka place yung hand niya." Tanong ko.

"Nope. Instead, mas madalas yung pag niya sa bata, like she was trying to avoid her gaze. About her hand, it was place on her pocket, I can see how her vains goes valid everytime I asked her a questions." He answered.

"I see. She's lying then." Tanging sabi ko.

"Huh?" Nagtatakang tanong niya.

"Let's observe her tomorrow. And by the way, avoid introducing me as a Psychologist. Tell her, I'm your assistant." Sabi ko.

"Noted. Thank you" sabi nito sabay ngiti.
