The morning light streamed through the curtains as Zara slowly opened her eyes, feeling a sense of calm she hadn't experienced in days. The pain of the previous day still lingered, but there was a new strength inside her, a flicker of hope sparked by Ibrahim's words.

She stretched lazily and let out a long breath, knowing today was different. Today, she wouldn't be the same Zara who let herself be trampled over by the bullies.

She dressed in her usual modest clothes confidently. When she come to the dinning room, she realized Ibrahim had already left for work. She found herself oddly missing him at breakfast, his quiet strength that had become a comfort to her. Nevertheless, she was determined to make him proud.

Nancy was already busy with the morning chores, but she smiled warmly at Zara as she passed by. "Madam, would you like me to pack something for you?" Nancy asked, her eyes filled with concern.

"No, thank you, Nancy. I'll be fine." Zara offered a small smile. "I think today will be better."

Nancy nodded, though her eyes lingered on Zara a little longer. Zara knew Nancy worried about her, and for that, she was grateful. But today, she wanted to stand on her own.

After breakfast she left for university. The ride to university felt different today. Zara sat upright, her head held high as the car moved through the streets.

By the time she arrived, her heart was still pounding, but she had resolved not to let fear control her. As she walked through the campus gates, the familiar whispers and stares surrounded her. The group of bullies, led by Natasha and Shayan, waited near the entrance with their usual sneers.

"Look who's back," Natasha smirked, crossing her arms as Zara approached. "I thought you'd have run home crying after yesterday."

Zara's chest tightened, but she forced herself to stop in front of them. She looked Natasha directly in the eyes, her voice steady. "I'm not running anywhere. And you're not going to bully me anymore."

Natasha raised an eyebrow, surprised by Zara's newfound boldness. Shayan chuckled, stepping forward. "Oh, is that right? And what are you going to do about it?"

Zara squared her shoulders, feeling the weight of their taunts, but she refused to back down. "I'm not afraid of you," Zara said firmly, her voice steady. "You don't get to make me feel small anymore."

The words hung in the air, charged with the weight of Zara's newfound courage. Natasha's eyes narrowed, and Shayan stepped forward, his lips curling into a cruel smile. "Is that so?" he said, mocking her stance. "Let's see how brave you really are."

Just as they were about to retaliate, a loud announcement echoed across the campus speakers. "All students are to proceed to the auditorium immediately. The vice chancellor has arrived on campus for an important address."

The bullies paused, their attention diverted by the sudden announcement. Natasha rolled her eyes, clearly annoyed by the interruption. "You got lucky," she muttered to Zara before turning to leave with the others.

Zara let out a breath she didn't realize she'd been holding. The tension that had built up inside her slowly eased as students began rushing towards the auditorium. A ripple of excitement and confusion spread across the campus as students hurried toward the hall. Whispers filled the air, the buzz of curiosity about the sudden visit from the Vice Chancellor.

Zara felt a sense of relief, glad for the interruption but also curious. She had never seen the Vice Chancellor before, and judging by the reactions around her, neither had most of the students.

The crowd moved quickly toward the large auditorium, everyone talking excitedly.

"Why is the Vice Chancellor here?" Zara overheard one girl whispering.
