"What the fuck do you want?" I snap through the phone. Usually receiving works calls while I'm at home doesn't bother me, since I'm the only competent man working in that entire law firm, but my cock straining against my jeans has clouded my judgement.

My assistant stammers before continuing to speak.

"Im sorry Mr. Keller, I don't mean to bother you while you're at home-" I cut her off, anger and sexual frustration coursing through my veins.

"Yet you called me. While Im in my home." She sighs.

"Mr. Klark asked me to reach you regarding the Jefferson situation-"

"Put him on." I demand. Right now, getting myself off and that pretty girl behind me, can wait. The receiver clicks for a moment before my partner speaks through.

"Mr Larson Keller..." He trails through the phone. I can hear the douche bag smiling as he speaks.

"What do you need Klark"

He chuckles. "That's not the way you speak to ur partner, now is it?" I roll my eyes, before retreating from the kitchen, into the privacy of the living room. The liquor cart in the corner calls my name.

I grab the glass pitcher of bourbon, not even bothering for a cup and hilt my head back, letting the bitter liquid trail down my throat. The burn eases my stress.

I relax my shoulders.

"Trust me, you're not my partner by choice, and if it wasn't for-"

"2005, I know. You never shut up about it Keller." I resist the urge to hang up, enjoying another long drink of the brown liquid resting in my hand.

I owe him, and with a douche bag saving your entire career the only way to repay him is by years and years of a joined partnership in every trial. He gets half of my commissions and gets to be apart of every case I take until the end of next year.
