Chapter 15: A New Start

Alysa POV:

It was dark by the time we got to the cities. I had woken up before everyone else. I was still on Ross's lap with his arms around my waist.

I put my hand against his cheek and just a looked at him for a while.

I hadn't let my heart feel anything for so long. But Harry had changed that. The first time I saw Ross I got butterflies in my stomach. That day I didn't know what it was because I hadn't had that feeling for so long. But now I do. I like Ross.

I leaned my forehead against his and closed my eyes. When I opened my eyes I was surprised to see that his were now open to. But I didn't move away. I just stared into his eyes.

"Do you want to move back to the seat?" Ross asked me.

Oh. He must not have liked this. Oh my god.

"I... I didn't know you minded. I'm.... Sorry." I said.

I tried to move off of him but he stopped me.

"I didn't mean it like that Alysa. I thought you would want to move so the others don't see you. I thought it might bother you." He said.

"Oh. I thought you didn't like me sitting on your lap..." I said.

I saw a slight blush rush to his checks before he looked up at me.

"I very much enjoy having you on my lap." He said.

"You do?" I asked really confused.

"Yes. I... I like you Alysa. I have been afraid to tell you because I don't know if your ready for something like that yet. You have been through a lot and I don't want to push you. So I have just stayed your friend waiting until your ready for it." He said.

"I'm ready to move on Ross. I don't know if I will be any good at a relationship but I'm ready to try. I'm ready to be happy again." I said.

I slowly leaned in and kissed Ross's cheek before laying head down on his shoulder.

I don't know how Ross got me out of the car to the plane, but he did. I woke up on the couch of the plane with my head on Harry's lap and my legs laying across Ross's lap.

Everyone was talking and laughing while a movie was playing. Harry noticed I was awake and smiled down at me.

"Well now that everyone's awake we can talk more about what our plans are." Harry said.

Everyone looked at me before coming to sit on the couches and floor around us.

"So the boys and I talked and we decided that it's in the best interest for you girls to all live together." Harry said.

I looked him quizzically before he continued.

"Many of the houses around us are up for sale so we took advantage of that. Louis bought the house right next to mine and we are actually going to find a way to connect them with a tunnel."

"Zayne bought the house right next to Ross's house. Niall bought the one across the street from us and Liam is going to be building a house in the empty spot next to him. Till then Liam will live with Niall"

"As Alysa knows there are four rooms on her floor. So Allyssa and Maddi will share a room and then Morgan and Jaz will each get there own room. We just feel that it will help all of you to be together to support each other. And you guys can stay with the other boys to. We all practically live with each other the way it is. So this can work out well I think." Harry said.
