After that day, Inuyasha started avoiding everyone, even Koga. It was starting to get concerning. He wasn't mad at Inuyasha in the slightest, he just wanted answers. All of his anger was directed towards Kagome, but she hasn't been around to yell at. Until today.
Koga tried once more to talk to Inuyasha, only for him to walk away from him and head outside as usual. As quickly as Inuyasha disappeared, Kagome appeared, latching herself onto Koga's arm.
"Thank goodness he's gone. I don't want to think about what that murderer would do to you," she said, surprised when Koga pushed her off of him. "Koga? What's wrong?"
"Why would you post that stuff about him?" Koga asked, trying to keep his cool, but it was hard.
It was at this point a crowd was starting to form, causing Kagome to panic a little. She never thought this would piss Koga off as badly as it did.
"Because it needed to be said! I had to get him away from you somehow! You were supposed to be with me! And it's not like any of it was a lie," she said, her true intentions finally coming out.
"Why can't you just accept that I'm gay and I'm dating Inuyasha? I don't like you, Kagome! I was willing to be friends with you at least, but after this, I can't even stand to look at you. And so what if it's true? It's so obviously overexaggerated and you could even be respreading a rumor that ruined his life at his old school!"
Kagome rubbed the back of her neck. That was true, she did overexaggerate what she read, and she didn't fact check anything. But why did that matter? Why couldn't Koga see that Inuyasha was dangerous?
"So what if I did? He's bad news, Koga! He killed his ex-girlfriend!"
At that point, the crowd began to whisper, questioning if Kagome was even telling the truth now or not.
"Stay away from me, Kagome. And if I catch you near him or spreading more lies about him, I will personally see to it that you can never come near any of us again," Koga said before shoving his way out of the crowd. He needed to find Inuyasha.

Kagome at that point became overwhelmed with emotion. Her master plan was crumbling to ash around her. Nobody believed her and everyone was starting to take down their reposts, not only that, but they were reporting her original post!
Miroku and Sango took advantage of this opportunity. Sango looked over to Miroku, taking Kirara out of her backpack.
"You go see the principal, I'll go find Inuyasha and Koga," Sango said.
"Why did you bring Kirara today? Didn't you get into trouble with her last time?" Miroku asked.
"Yeah, but Inuyasha needs Kirara cuddles right now."
The two dispersed after that. Kagome was going to be in a lot of trouble.
