-Patrick's P.O.V.-

I was at home, putting away some of Pete's stuff, while he was at the grocery store. I heard the front door open and saw Pete run quickly past the kitchen and up the stairs to who knows where.

I walked out to the bottom of the staircase. "Pete?" I called.

After a few seconds, he ran back down the stairs and kissed me on the cheek. "Hey babe." He turned around and ran back up the stairs. I sighed and walked up the stairs myself just to see what he was up to. The bathroom light was on the door was slightly open. I pushed it open and saw Pete placing bottles on the counter.

"What are you doing?" I asked, moving closer so I could see what the bottles were.

"I was thinking I should dye my hair blonde." I was about to tell him that it was a bad idea until he looked up and we made eye contact. His eyes were brighter than they have been in a while, like I could see the joy in his eyes.

"Are you sure about this Pete?" I asked nervously. "I really like your black hair, it suits you."

"Yeah, I've been thinking about it for a while. I like my black hair too, but it's a sad color. I'm not sad anymore now that I'm with you." I pulled Pete into a hug and he squeezed me really tight. He held onto me for at least a minute before letting go. "Well, what am I waiting for?"

"Just don't ruin my bathroom," I laughed.

"Our bathroom," Pete smiled.

I was downstairs putting the groceries Pete left in his car away when I heard him run down the stairs. He came up behind me and put his hands over my eyes. "You ready?" he asked. I smiled and nodded and Pete removed his hands. I slowly turned around and saw a now blonde Pete Wentz standing in front of me. "What do you think?"

"I love it." I pulled Pete closer to me and pressed my lips against his. He kissed me back and I felt his hands run up my chest. I started to undo his belt buckle when my doorbell rang. We both sighed and I walked over to the door.

"Hey Patrick!" Joe greeted me. Andy smiled and waved. "Andy and I were driving by and saw Pete's car here, so we thought we'd stop by. I hope we're not interrupting anything."

"No, you're fine. I was just unpacking some boxes because Pete and I are moving in together." I opened the door completely and gestured towards the kitchen. "Come on in guys."

"Whoa Pete, your hair is blonde!" Andy exclaimed.

"Do you like it?" Pete asked.

"You look great man," Joe interrupted.

"Yeah, I like it," Andy added.

"Thanks guys," Pete smiled. "So what's up?"

"Andy was at the gym and his car broke down so he called me to bail him out," Joe looked over at Andy and laughed. "He's lucky I'm a good friend because I was in the middle of something important."

"Oh yeah because binge watching all the Star Wars movies is really important," Andy rolled his eyes.

"I was making sure my wife has seen them!" Joe tried to defend himself.

"Dude I'm pretty sure you've made her watch them all before, and I don't even want to guess how many times you've watched them by yourself," I added. We all laughed and Joe shrugged his shoulders.

"So, we're going on tour again pretty soon," Pete said randomly.

"Yeah, it's crazy. We just got home a few weeks ago," Andy sighed.

"It's always been like that," Joe said. "I just hate being away from my wife for so long."

"Nobody likes being away from their family," Pete said.

"But at least we have each other," I smiled.
