-Patrick's P.O.V.-
The next morning when I walked in at band practice, I was bombarded with questions from Joe and Andy.
"Hey man, what happened last night?" Joe questioned.
"Yeah, where did you go? Were you alright?" Andy added.
"I'm fine guys, I ran to one of the rooms backstage. These girls showed Pete and me this picture of us holding hands and I guess it's all over the internet," I rambled.
"So...everybody knows you're dating now?" Andy nervously asked.
"Yeah," I sighed. "But at least we don't have to hide it anymore."
"I guess that's one positive," Joe said.
At that moment, Pete walked in the door. "Hey everybody!" He waved at Joe and Andy and gave me a kiss on the lips.
"What did I tell you guys last time about PDA?" Andy laughed. Pete stuck his tongue out at him and kissed me again.
"Let's stop fighting about our public display of affection and get to working on this new album," I laughed. "We only have like, one song done."
"Speaking of songs, I think I have an idea," Joe interrupted.

I flopped down onto Pete's couch while he walked into the kitchen. "You shouldn't do that to my furniture!" he yelled from the other room.
"But I'm just so tired," I sighed as he walked into the living room and sat down next to me.
"From what?" Pete asked, putting his arm around me.
"I didn't get much sleep last night..." I stared down at the floor. "You know, because of the whole picture thing."
"Yeah, me neither." I looked up at Pete and he had a blank, almost depressed, look on his face. I rested my head on his shoulder and held his hand. "Speaking of our relationship," Pete broke the silence, "I wanted to talk to you about something."
I nervously looked at him. "What?"
"I was thinking that we should move in together."
A wave of relief washed over me. To be honest, I thought he was going to break up with me again. "That sounds like a great idea!" Pete's face lit up immediately. "But are we going to find a new place or both move into one of our places?"
"I haven't thought about it much, but whatever you want Pattycakes." He smiled and kissed me on the cheek. "As long as I can live in the same house as you, I'll be happy."
"Maybe you should move into my house. I really like my house and I don't want to sell it. Or I could move into your place, if you don't want to sell your house. I don't mind, we could go either way," I rambled until Pete stopped me.
"Patrick, I can move into your house if it means that much to you. I don't really care about this house, my parents paid for it when I was 18 just to get me out of their house and I was too lazy to find a different place."
"Awesome! Wait, when did you plan on moving?" I asked.
"As soon as possible, I guess," he laughed. "I'm going to have to pack up all my stuff which will probably take a while."
"I can help you with that. Then it won't take as long." I smiled at him.
"Patrick, I don't understand how you're so adorable and why you chose me as your boyfriend."
"Because I love you." I kissed him quickly on the lips and stood up. "Come on, those boxes aren't going to pack themselves."

The next day, I showed up at Pete's house and helped him pack the rest of the boxes. I was putting some cups in a box when Pete came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me.
"Jesus Christ, you scared me," I laughed and turned around. Pete laughed and he kissed me softly on the lips. I kissed him back and felt his hands slide down to my belt buckle. I gently pushed him away. "I love you Pete, but we really need to finish packing."
"Aw, we can't have a little fun?" Pete frowned and gave me puppy-dog eyes.
"We can have fun once you move in with me," I smiled and taped up the box of cups.
"You know, I still can't believe that we're moving in together," Pete said. "Like, a few years ago I would've never thought that we would be living together, let alone dating each other."
"I was actually thinking the same thing."
"I'm just glad that you told me that you loved me on that tour bus. And that you didn't die from taking all those pills. I don't know what I would do without you." I looked over at Pete and saw tears running down his face.
"Pete, are you crying?"
He ran over to me and pulled me into a tight hug. "I just really love you Patrick, and don't ever forget that."
