eleven

billie and i laid together for like ten minutes, before ezra burst into the room with a massive smile on her face.

"i have the best idea!" she yelled, "really, what is it?" i questioned, smiling at her. "we should go to the park!" she squealed. billie giggled from beside me.

"i think that's a good idea, what do you think, baby?" i asked billie, turning my body to face her again. she scrunched up her face, her cheeks turning a light shade of red.

she shrugged, hiding her face in my neck. i giggled and patted her back, ezra climbed onto the bed and draped herself over billie and i.

"do you wanna take a nap before or after the park?" i asked her, she thought for a moment. "after" she smiled, "okay, let's get you dressed, then" i said, sitting up and kissing her cheek.

"you go get dressed too" i said to billie, kissing her forehead and she sat up. she went to her bag and grabbed some clothes before going to the bathroom.

i checked the weather app, and it was gonna be pretty hot today so i changed ezra into shorts and a tank top.

she and billie then left the room and i changed into shorts and a long sleeve, my arms still not healed well enough.

i went downstairs, and they were both at the door waiting for me with their shoes on and the dogs on their leashes.

i filled up all of our water bottles and that little thing that the dogs can drink out of too, and i packed ezzy some snacks.

i put them in a bag and then put my shoes on. i handled shark and jupiter, and billie took zeus, turtle, and ezra.

ezra was pretty good at listening and staying close, so i knew that we had no issues with her running off, especially with billie handling the dogs too.

there was a park about a block away, so that's the one we went to. did i sneak a little picture of billie and ezzy holding hands while i was walking behind them? absolutely. they looked so cute and i couldn't help it.

to be honest, i should post this on instagram but i'll ask billie later. "baby, i'll go walk the dogs around for a bit and come back" she said, kissing my cheek quickly and taking the two leashes out of my hands. i nodded and she blew me a little kiss, and walking away.

"aunty, can i go on the swings, please?" ezra asked, "of course, babes" i smiled, she grabbed my hand and dragged me towards them.

i helped her on and pushed her for like half an hour, then she wanted to go up and down the slides. billie and the dogs eventually came back, and the three of us chased them around and had a fun time.

we were there for like two and a half hours, before ezra was practically asleep while walking. i picked her up and held her too me tightly while billie got the dogs settled and back on their leashes.

"do you need help, my love?" i asked billie. she turned red but did her best to act nonchalant. "no, i've got it" she mumbled. i giggled silently and we walked back home.

we made it back safely, and i took off ezra and i's shoes and went upstairs to lay her down in her bed. just as i was about to, she shook her head and rubbed her eyes.

"stay" she mumbled, yawning. "can you and aunty billie stay with me?" she asked, "of course, princess" i kissed her forehead. "let me go get her, okay?" i said, she nodded and i put her down.

i made my way down the stairs, but didn't fully leave the hallway. i peered my head over the corner and saw billie lying on the floor beside zeus.

i giggled, she shot her head towards me and blushed. "bil, ezzy wants you upstairs" i said, she got up and walked towards me, grabbing my hand.
