The Triumvirate

CHAPTER 12

Lisa and Somi ended up in a restaurant in Jung-gu district, as they settled down Somi raised her hand to call the waiter.

"Can you gives us all of your meat in the menu and the side dishes?"

The waiter nods and bow to them before leaving them alone.

"Sorry, this is the only thing I can afford."

Lisa shook her head, "Hey, its okay. As long its good food, I'm fine. And, I really don't like eating in fine dining restaurants." She smiled at Somi.

Somi blushes a bit, "Thank God, since you worked at Kim Group of Companies and the way you are dressed like a corporate. Thought it would be embaraasing to eat in this restaurant."

The waiter arrives and serve them the meat and aide dishes, as he also assisted them with the grill.

Before Lisa could reach for the tongs, Somi beat her to it and started grilling the meat. Lisa heard the employees greeting as some customers entered the restaurant. What they didn't notice was that the employees were gawking at and whispering amongst themselves on the customers that entered.

Lisa grabs her chopsticks and starts eating the side dishes, "These are delicious. I have a new place to eat with my friends."

Somi giggles as she starts to cut the meat, "I'm glad. Me and my colleagues would usually eat her during lunch."

Somi then put meat on Lisa's plate as she thanked her, Lisa ate one and her eyes widen making Somi's smile widen.

"Try it with the cheese." Somi said while pointing at the fondue.

Lisa took a piece and dip it on the cheese, when she put it in her mouth, her eyes widen again and nod.

"I'm definitely bring my friends here."

Somi smiled warmly at Lisa. She clears her throat after awhile, "Lisa, are you in a relationship?"

Lisa shook her head while putting meat on a perilla leaf, "I'm not. Its quite difficult to be in a relationship because of my job. Why? What's with the personal question?"

Somi shook her head, "Wanted to get to know you more. What kind of work you do at KGC?"

Lisa's brows raised, "KGC?"

Somi giggles, "Yeah, me and my colleagues call it KGC, short for Kim Group of Companies."

Lisa nods as she took a bite of the perilla leaf with meat, "Assistant to the Chairwoman."

Somi's eyes widen, "Really?! That's cool! That means you always see the triplets?! How are they like in person?"

Lisa chuckles, "What do you mean? Like their personalities?"

Somi nods eagerly, "I only see them from a far or at social media."

"They're alright. Very down to Earth and their beauty? Out of this World."

Somi nods while taking a sip of her soda, "My favorite is Ruby Jane, I feel like she's the fun type in the triplets."

Lisa giggles while also taking a sip of her soda, "They have their own unique personalities."

"Do you sometimes get confused on whom you are talking to?" Somi asked curiously.

Lisa shook her head, "No, its quite easy to differentiate them aside from their moles."

Before Lisa could continue, her phone started ringing, "Sorry, have to take this."

Somi nodded as Lisa answered, "Yes, Chairwoman Kim?"
