Waking up in her bed Nephis was still a little light headed because of what Cassie had shown her but after a cup of water and opening her windows to let in some fresh Air she was feeling way better already.

'I can see the Café from here, I hope he isn't mad that I left but from all that Cassie had shown me last night I know that things are way more complicated than I thought.'

Walking down the Corridor Nephis was approaching Cassies door.

'Fuck I really messed up that door, it looks like we will have to replace it. Fortunately Nobody was here last Night, so we can invent some story for what really happened.'

Opening the door to Cassie's office she saw a Beautiful Blond Girl in her usual Blue and white Dress sitting behind her desk, the chair Nephis was sitting on last night was standing in a Corner of the room Covered by a white Cloak so Noone would notice it immediately.

"Morning Neph, how do you feel? I hope you slept well."

"Yeah I'm fine, thanks for bringing me to bed last night, I feel alot better right now."

Cassie chuckled. "Yeah ofc, no problem, that's what best friends do for each other after all. So what do you wanna do now?"

"That depends, did you already talk to him?"

"Not really, I just asked him if he's gonna be in his Café today and he said yes."

"That's good then, I thought about what I wanted to do but I'm scared about what will happen."

"Do you think that he's mad at you because you left without giving him the chance to explain himself?"

"Kinda, I think he's more disappointed than angry but who knows? What if he is angry and doesn't wanna talk to me?"

"Listen neph, If there is one thing that I'm sure of then that if he didn't wanna talk to you he wouldn't have stayed in his Café. He wants to give you the time and the space that you need to process things. I haven't told him about the fact that I showed you all those memories but I told him that we talked, so now you need to make the first move, because he doesn't know what you are thinking right now so he's keeping his distance while still being available."

"I see, then please tell him I wanna meet with him and that I'm not angry about the fact that he's the Lord of shadows."

"Sure thing, one message from love bird one to love bird two coming right up."

Nephis blushed deeply and yelped.

"CASSIE"

"Hahaha sorry I just had to."

Cassie concentrated her senses on the men in question and started talking mentally.

[Sunny?]

[Yes Cassie what's going on?]

[Nephis just woke up and she said she wanted to talk to you. She told me that she isn't mad at you for keeping your identity a secret]

[By the dead gods, that's a relief, you can't imagine how stressed out I was, I thought she hated me now.]

[NO she doesn't hate you, quite the contrary.]

[What do you mean exactly? What did she say?]

[It's not my job to tell you that. You guys are gonna have a talk later so why don't you tell me where you would like to meet her?]

[Good question indeed, let me close the Café for today so we can meet here. I will prepare a couple of things.]
