(3rd Person POV)

Oscar had been to the hospital to see Logan every chance he could. He visited so frequently that he even started to get aquatinted with the staff who attended to Logan.

But it still didn't make everyday life easier. Each race that went by without him on the grid felt like an out of body experience. Everyone had moved on, but Oscar's great stoped him.

Everything that came from the accident sent Oscar into a downward spiral. The only good thing to come from it was Alex's new teammate. Franco.

Ever since Franco took over Logan's seat, Alex become a lot nicer to everyone, and he just seemed happier when they were together.

The media and the public were starting to suspect that the pair were dating, and to be if it became public that they were, it would be a shock. Franco had even been a good influence on him.

On the Tuesday before the British Grand Prix, the last person anyone would have thought to see Logan came to his side.

(Oscar's POV)

"It's hard without you Logan, and I don't know if you can hear me but, I just wish you would have talked to me. I still blame myself for what happened, what if I forced you to talk to me? What if I-"

The squeak of the door instinctively stoped me from continuing my speech. I assumed it would be someone to come and rub some tests on him even though it seemed to early.

And I was right.

I saw Alex with Franco right behind him. He held a card of some kind, I can only assume a get well soon card, and placed it among the numerous others. While Alex did truly looked empathetic, Franco was the first to speak.

"Oscar, I know this must me hard for you, and I don't really know earthier of you," he motions to me and Logan, "but I do know how serious the situation is, and my words can't do anything, but I'm sorry,"

"Thanks Franco," I smile at his words.

As my eyes shift towards Alex, I see him fixated on Logan and the machines he's hooked up to. Franco nudges him but he doesn't respond, so instead he wraps his arm around his upper arm tightly. Once he gotten his attention he nods towards me.

Alex seems to get the message as he fishes something out of his pocket. What seems to be and envelope is in his hand, he looks over it once more before handing it to me.

"Thank you?" My words seem to come out as a question, probably from to sudden switch in behaviour towards Logan.

As I go to open it Alex stops me.

"Don't!" He practically yells, "I mean, don't do that just yet," his voice now softer, "I just want you to know, it's all true,"

With that he frees himself from Franco's grip and rushes out the room, once again with Franco following right behind him. However before he leaves the room be quickly apologises.

Ignoring whatever that was I assume I can now open the envelope. As I do I see a hand written note stating right at me. I read the first line and... I can't believe it.
